my rating is mostly based on the angry birds expo. i expected more and the fact you cant just buy tickets for the expo makes it an expensive trip if you cant spend the whole day there. also not for small children. my 4 yeat onld was barely tall enough for the zipline "be the bird" and the slingshot part neither kid (4&3) were tall enough to use them on their own. dont bother going later than 2pm as you wont have time to enjoy much on the days they close at 5. as a whole i found the staff uninformative and not overly involved (some were great dont get me wrong) the entrance has this really cool supersized photo booth that requires $7 to use... but no cash back or atm according to the staff members i spoke to. so if your like me and dont use cash all that offten no way to use this item which was the first thing my kids seen and wanted to do (flashy lights get them every time at at this age). Not once did the staff at the entrance offer any direction even though they asked if i had been there before or not. my kids did have fun dont get me wrong but i was not impressed.

Our whole family loves this place! Great day to be had by all here at the science center. Lots of hands on features to explore! Free shows through the day and amazing, helpful and friendly staff!

Quite a diversity of available content. I took my 4 year old and most of it was too advanced for him, but there was still a lot that engaged him at his level. I would imagine that an 8 year old would get quite a lot more out of the experience. We managed to fill a day from about 9:30 to 5, taking a long lunch break. You get stamped for admission and have a receipt, so for all of the general admission attractions you can actually leave to go out to grab a bite to eat and come back again. They have a good quality bistro in there but it isn't cheap either. Gift store inside with lots of educational type toys.

The w thus world of science was amazing I got to go to the body and the star room and the I max was awesome. But not the best the best is the dome theater in the telus world of science . The reason it's a 4 star is the space area is getting kinda old plz upgrade it

Went to the "after hours" Dark Matters (18+) showing. Fundamentally the same as the regular experience, except that that are a few satellite bars selling drinks and the are a few extra tables set up for outside presenters to showcase some extra points of interest. These are mostly outside parties that can frame their cause/subject in a scientific frame work and offer an interactive experience.
Mostly went for the Marvel exhibit, wasn't disappointed. Always fun for everyone to be had. However, if you like smaller crowds and perhaps don't have kids or just want a kid free evening check the schedule for the Dark Matters event and go then.

Great place for kids and date nights! Plenty of free parking, great food at the cafe. Amazing films at the IMAX theatre. Be sure to check out the science garage, and fish feeding in the environmental gallery. Nature exchange coming soon!

30 min in line just to get in, while 3 staff members stood behind the desk chatting with each other. Massive amount of school groups running around with no supervision. School kids are shoving regular paying customers around and not allowing them to interact with the exhibits at all. No staff members insight.

I came to the Marvel exhibit with a friend and it was GREAT. I would like to give a special shout out to Carter who knew some really cool facts about the movie props and filled us with knowledge not listed. It's great that the staff love the exhibit as much as us

My kids ages love going to TElus and we got the 150 dollars memberships for the family so unlimited visits. So worth it for the summer activities. My kids have their own favourite exhibits. We spend at least a day every time. Friendly staff. there are some rooms of improvement and older kids might find it boring. But my kids are in this age appropriate and loves this sciencey stuff.

Marketing lady is one of the rudest people I ve ever had to have the displeasure of talking to. Called her to see her if she d like to get involved with a youth initiative in Edmonton to get underprivileged kids into the centre only to get cussed out saying they re a non profit and kids are already taught these things in schools. If you hate your job that much find something different you re making everyone else who works there look bad.

Have always loved coming here. (And I've been coming here since it was only the space and science centre). Right now there's a few things closed for renovations. But all in all it keeps evolving and it's amazing.

My family bought the yearly membership, and it is well worth it if you have children 3yrs or older. A great way to get out of the house for an afternoon! Try to stay away from the food though, it's high school cafeteria-worthy.

Went post-COVID closures. Garbage exhibit. Spent $50 for two admission for the exhibit and film (they should ve warned you during online purchase process that only 1 exhibit is open and/or reduce the price). Didn t stay for the film because the exhibit was only 20 minutes and didn t want to be bored another second.

My spouse and I came to enjoy the IMAX 3D film Hubble today and we had a wonderful time. A remarkable movie that brings a deeper understanding and appreciation of our planet and its place in such a vast universe. Thank You Telus World of Science and friendly staff LCA

Probably the best science center in Canada and gets better all the time. Better than, VanCouver, Calgary and Toronto. It's so interactive. Everything has a pile of thought behind it. On top of that there are hugely informative/theatrical shows every half an hour and there are also people who wonder around doing experiments ... if that's not enough there's also an I-max and science competitions every hour. AND THEN... if you get hungry they have everything you can think of and if you order a lot they bring it out to you. The gift shop is amazing too. Huge selection at great prices.
Yep. So gooood! big ones!

I love learning from all the new exhibits that they display at the Telus world of science. I love looking out of the massive telescopes especially during the lunar eclipse is this is something that is such a gem to Edmonton.
