Great place for visiting. A must if you are visiting Abu Dhabi.

We went there on UAE national day and saw some traditional Arabic dances and got treated with dates and Arabic dessert. The palace itself is very rich and the marble pillars and walls magnificent..

Impressive Hotel.
We spend 11 days to this luxury hotel , breakfast was rich , service was great , the room was very clean , I want to make a special reference to the best Butler Mr .Imtiaz ,
We are coming soon again .

Nice place to spend some time and take some nice photos with family. That's it.

You do not need to book to get into.
There are lots of group tourist in lobby lounge and cafe to taste gold things.
Price is just ok but the other restaurants are very exnpensive.
Service is not careful enough. Suppose they knew who are the room guests.
I think hotel should control group tourists. Otherwise, tons of Chinese will be flooded in lobby lounge.
Overall, nothing new. Scale is big but not on gold things. Do not expect too much of eating gold.
Good spot to take a photo. That's it.

it was a fanatic hotel very welcoming nice staff although we didnt find our booked room upon arrival, but we were able to access d pool and beach which were awesome experince in Eid

The grandeur of this hotel is breathtaking! The staff are excellent, very attentive everywhere, and made us feel we were living in a palace. The hotel is basically divided into the East Wing and West Wing, with the ballrooms connecting both sides of the hotel. We stayed here in July - not the best month, but excellent as the hotel wasn't crowded. All the meals, the service is to cater to royal guests. Everything is grand! The beach adjoining the hotel is spotless, the waters warm and clear as can be. The rooms are very comfortable, have a balcony, and a large bathroom, and a butler on call for anything.

Spectacular building from the outside. Disappointing Coffee

Unfortunately a little dated and dark interior considering its age.Stayed and had there special coffee with was disappointing, I asked for the single origin espresso and it definitely didn t taste like it was. Also pretty sure the milk was machine heated and textured not done by a barista.

Just visited but didn t stay over.

Experience is extraordinary.. as soon as you enter , you are made to feel like royals.. staff is super polite and helpful.. rooms are a bit old but modernized preserving the authentic look, food in the in-house restaurant is delicious

a luxury place in the heart of abu dhabi cornice , amazing architecture which makes it a reall luxury museum, the place is visitors friendly which many pricey but great choices of restaurants and coffee shops,if you are a visitor you should indulge your self with one of the food experience there, and off course you will see the gold plated domes and interior of the palace,btw if the weather is nice dont miss the walk in the gardens inside, some coffe shops inside the palace have a sea view,,,a must visit while you in AD

The palace hotel is absolutely beautiful, I didn't stay there but we had the 24 carat gold coffees which were lovely although a bit of a novelty. We also ordered scones which came out beautifully presented and they were definitely worth the price! The waiter did actually spill the coffee on me however and I was only offered a new coffee and an apology. I would have expected more from a 5 star hotel. There were renovation being carried out at the back of the hotel at the time and we had no access to that area. Overall was a good experience to have the coffees and have a look around the hotel although some areas are for residents only.

A must visit Palace. Beautifully made palace/hotel. Must stay if you can afford it or when you get a great deal. It's so majestic and the finish is out of the world. The way it maintained is awesome. You need to be formally dressed to get in, no shorts above knees allowed for men.

Great place to visit for all sorts of things. Caters for all your shopping , gifts and food.

- long indoor walking distance from the lobby to the rooms.
- Also long walk from the room to collect the car from the valet.

In short if I have a business to do in AbuDhabi I would't stay in it.
Yet I would go again there to enjoy coffee or to dine in.

Did not stay in the Emirates Palace Hotel; still worth seeing grounds and interior areas open to visitors if you travel to AbuDhabi.

"I love gold" should be emblazoned on the walls here, preferably in gold. It's an amazing venue designed to impress your impressions and does a very good job. Famed for an ATM that dispenses gold ingots (sadly being maintained when I visited), everything here invoked wealth. Lighting is gold coloured. Camel burger is dusted with edible 23k gold. Christmas tree is bathed in decorations. Staff are top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. Don't try to get in wearing shorts (you won't make it past the gate). An impressive and worthwhile spot to visit in Abu Dhabi (just stop for a lovely camelcino). Not stayed the night here sadly though I imagine the beds are probably gold coloured???

We went in for the experience and the afternoon tea well coffee really.No entry fee but the coffee with the gold leaf was a bit pricey. Check dress code before visit !!

Even if you're not staying here the place deserves a visit. The gardens are beautiful and you can visit the interior and even sit in the cafe. I recomment siting in the balcony and asking for a camelccino.

One of the best places I have been. Everything is perfect excellent food friendly service and the ambiance of the whole palace is fantastic. Vacation at this luxury and fairytale palace is recovery at its best. I hardly recommend this place.

Well since we are here and its a must to try thisngs out.

We got a cup of Gold Flake Coffee and some dimsum and pastries.

The Service didnt meet the expectation. Coffee is cold, not hot enough. The waiter and waitress there are not friendly.

The furnitures in the restaurant are old. The seat is not comfortable enough.

No matter how. Its an experience in the 8 star hotel.

Great place visit with family to get a taste of luxury.
