We are very happy with our new kitchen. Beautiful, good and fast customization. Class!

Hagemeyer has extremely poor service and technicians on the job. They do not work properly, they place the kitchen at an angle, they put the wrong countertop on the kitchen block and they have also destroyed my curtains. Hagemeyer refuses to resolve the dispute. Despite the many times I called and emailed them.

As a customer you are not taken seriously at all. I have been calling for months hoping to be helped, but to no avail. I am continuously kept on the line by the telephone employees.

It is a very bad company that needs to be closed. I would never start ordering / buying a kitchen from Hagemeyer. Once again you are tricked and kept on a leash. It is also useless to submit complaints.
