- Had service for 2 years on a business account
- Mobile service was ok, about the same performance as other providers but costs higher here (compared to all internal lines for the team)
- Monthly bills of roughly $100-$145 consistently, up-to-date
- Ported out the number with a $0 balance
- No final bill notifications, emails, formal letters - nothing
- Access to app/online account disabled at port-out
- Recently came to learn of $30 past usage charge that were invoiced and now reported to my credit file
- Unwilling to resolve and correctly report back to credit file, despite lack of notifications

Obviously a clear reflection of their values...glitch in their systems, poor notifications and inadequate workflows. Lost me & my network for life. Posting here for awareness to aid others.

As a small business owner it is not possible to give Telus a worse review! Stay away from them if you value customer service and honest billing! Go with any other company like Shaw or Rogers and avoid Telus at all costs! One star review is too high.

Looking for responsive customer service, delivery on-time, showing up when promised - you won't get ANY of that from Telus Business Solutions. What an embarrassment of a company. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

If I could give them 0 stars I would actually give them -5 stars.

Signed up for 50 dollar business internet and ended up getting charged 80 a month. Called their business costumer service number and it is absolute trash over there. Nobody can do anything done.

Telus outsources their call centres and you won t get any service.

DO NOT USE TELUS.

I have had to call so many times, and each time get the run around and being transferred to CSR's that have absolutely absurd questions.

I needed wifi and a landline installed at my commercial property, it took 5 calls and and three appointment. 1st appointment, the sent a residential installer who installed the wrong equipment. Second appointment (to correct first appointment) they sent the installer to my home instead. Finally the third appointment, the correct installer came and fixed the issue.

After all this, I did need a second landline for the alarm system, called October 9th, spoke to Maria and she set up the appointment for the 13th between 8am-12pm and no one showed or called. Have been calling for an hour now, after again being transferred to numerous people, only to be on hold because Maria did not actually book the appointment. The CSR did not get back on the line, but transferred me back to the main menu to avoid dealing with the mistake, so now I am back to the beginning of explaining?!

Telus took over our security monitoring from another provider and it has been the worst customer service I have ever had. I waited over two hours on the phone and transfered to 4 departments to get hung up on.
Does anyone have recommendations for a new provider?

Telus business support was such brutal customer support that I terminated my service with them. Near the end of my service was the worst display of customer service yet. At some point, unknown to me, Telus stopped processing my credit card for autopayments. No one from telus contacted me about that, nor did they have an explanation as to why when I questioned them about it. Telus was contacting me quite regularly to say what a valued customer I have been and they wanted to offer discounts on my service. And when I called to cancel my service, Telus wished I would remain a valued customer. During the cancellation calls, no one from Telus mentioned that there was any money outstanding. When I was catching up on accounting and noticed I had an outstanding balance with Telus, I contacted Telus. Telus had no explanations. Either way, I paid the outstanding balance on the phone with them. Now many months later, Telus is now contacting me, saying the bill has not been paid and they have engaged a collection agency. BTW, if you are with Telus, Telus offered me $80/month, in which I was paying around $180/month originally.

I came on board with Telus thinking it would be a good switch from Telus. But it wasn t I had the hardest time trying to deal with them. So I switched back to Rogers in March. I did not get a a bill, email or even a phone call to say you need to pay your bill. I run a business I don t have time to make sure I m on all my bills, most of my bills are auto pay or a get a letter to pay the bill! These guys send a email to me on May 02 saying the payment is needed, then two days later I get a email from collections saying I owe money, then Telus sends another email saying to ignore the collection process. Mind you all these emails have gone to my junk email, which I don t check due to being a business email. I had noticed my junk email with unread messages on May 10 to realize that they sent it to collections. Where was my calls, emails or even a letter saying I need to pay?? I pay my bill on time each month. I don t know how you guys are in service. I am now canceling my home services due to this, as it is not okay to do to customers.
