I couldn't agree more than the previous complaints listed above. For a business it is not worth to waste time with them. Dealing with the Telstra Business Centre Dandenong is one of the most frustrating experiences of my life.

You trust a Telstra business centre that wouldn't track you into a trap. unfortunatly I has been trapped by a Sales of Telstra Business Centre Dandenong and signed the agreement by their mislead..

I requested to rectify it. However despite multiple calls and emails and many promised from the Maneger/s, it is still not happen.... Today message, if you want to make complaint please go for it...

I have a lovely account manager that always assists me with my queries in a timely fashion!

This company has misled us via contracts, neglected to contact us regarding pressing issues, overcharged for outdated and malfunctioning equipment and refused to address important issues. We have been customers for 3 years and they have repeatedly disconnected our service and caused our business a lot of loss. Avoid avoid avoid.

business staff in this center is not friendly. tried to kicked a ball to another department. we are busienss mobile user getting slower busienss mobile speed than normal, but this business center has no way to help . attidue is not professional either. I saw other comments here so negatively, I now undertand why i felt the same.

I have been dealing with Chetan for many years and he has always been great to deal with.

Just experienced the worse customer relations experience from my new allocated Telstra Business Manager from this centre.

Wish I could give a rating less than one. Dealing with the Telstra Business Centre Dandenong is one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I requested a line diversion about 3 months ago and despite multiple calls and emails, it is still not in completed. This is just the latest in a long line of frustrations that has caused us to take our business elsewhere. Agggghhhhh!

I had a bad experience with this company.. hardly helped me..bunch of liers and cheaters..slowest customer service ever... AWFUL company.

I recently purchased a DOT business phone and internet package from your store. The package included a 4G mobile backup system. Today is the 2nd time in 2 weeks our system has crashed. Unfortunately your technician did not install the 4G back up system, so now i an without phone lines again.Your company seems to be quite OK with charging for me for the back up system, why can't they install it as promised? I asked you to fix this last week and have heard nothing, why don't you respond to emails?
I should have just purchased the far cheaper systems from Commander or Optus. You sold me on the reliability factor of the Telstra network, clearly that is not the case.

I'm with the last fella,DO not sign up with these guys,over a five year payment plan for a command System or you'll end up paying 17k for a 5k system.They wont tell you that when you sign up because a nice fat retainer keeps rolling in! Stay clear of these guys No Good and not interested in helping resolve the issue.

Awful experience - liars and cheats. They contacted me to tell me they could reduce my business monthly phone and internet bills. Existing bills were $350 per month, after they set up their system my average bill for the next 12 months was $750!!!! Not to mention the phone system they put in was ancient! They refused to do anything to help me, saying that's what I signed up for. Part of this bill was a White Pages business listing which I never asked for. I asked them to remove it and they told me I need to contact White Pages!! What a ridiculous thing to say. Asked if I could get out of my contract early because of all the troubles, unsurprisingly got told no.
Decided to jump ship to Optus anyway because I can not stand dealing with them. I now have lightning fast internet, newer and better voip phones, 4 mobile phones, all for less than I was paying Telstra!!!
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE - Chetan Vyas especially.

Fantastic experience. Customer service has been top notch. I was initially reluctant to go back to Telstra but Chetan Vyas has gone above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

They organised a job to move our telephone system to our new office. Technicians were sent however they did not finish the job. They charge $825 without finishing the job. After two weeks they have still not fixed the problem hence we have hired another technician to complete what they didn't do. Due to this we have lost a substantial amount of calls and financial loss. Don't trust this business centre for any matters.

I have been a Telstra customer for 30+ years and wouldn't move my services with anyone else.

Have been dealing with Jenny from Dandenong Telstra Business Centre for more than a year now. They are really good and quick with responding to requests.

I always have a great experience and receive great customer service everytime when dealing with Chetan from Telstra Business Centre Dandenong. Also is always going above on beyond to resolve my issues

This service is hopeless, promise to fix problems with 24hrs, but wait 4 days to have technician to come

One of the worst companies ever. Sales guys lied and signed us up for a business connection - Never delivered on-time. No one returns calls or emails. 6 months later, still waiting for services to get connected. Do no deal with these liars. They will promise the world and deliver 0 outcomes

I had originally given only one star, and was fairly annoyed at the lack of feedback and follow up, from my complaints about Telstra Dandenong Business Centre as an ongoing customer, I was quite frustrated, basically at the lack of ongoing communication regarding my new business package, and how it had not taken effect when it was supposed to,
To be fair, I had also misinterpreted some of the billing system, but I can now say, it is finally up and running, and working as it was set up to.

I am so disappointed..horrible customer service.. very rude over the phone.. i am not happy with this company at all ..unorganised and unprofessional.

You hear the NBN horror stories but not at the Telstra business centre in Dandenong! Initially reluctant to make any changes, Celine made the transition for our business so easy, no down time, excellent follow up and overall great customer service! Best service I have received in a long time from Telstra.

Chantel was so helpful with setting up my new service and was available when i had questions. Very friendly service

worst service can not handle complaints and not looking after their exisiting customers where they pay a over 700 a month do not deal with this branch espcially with chetan they are liers

Worst possible service with no accountability for their current staff. Have been dealing with this business centre for 7 years and up to over a year ago a wonderful lady looked after our account, and she offered fantastic service. Unfortunately she has since left and the two people that have since attempted to take over her position are useless. We have been constantly emailing and telephoning complaints for over 12 months only to receive either no reply or no accountability for the non response. They don't read the content or respond to emails and their boss is aware of all of these complaints and he doesn't want to know about it either.

My account managers are always helpful and I like that I don't have to contact the Philippines for assistance.

if you would like the worst service you could find deal with Varun Kumar
just a shark looking out for his commission once you sign he wont return your calls , your emails , and will promise you everything but give you nothing
even when he knows that he made a mistake or his contractors there will be an excuse , don't trust him , he wont tell you that the phone system he is suppling you will never be yours, its a lease with a balloon payout if you want to keep it
we were intending to change our system and Varun Kumar wouldn't come to our office so he sent his off sider , the quote from them and others were 15,000 plus we did without them for less then one third
of the price don't buy their systems, don't lease it , the prices are so well inflated you could purchases nearly 3 systems for the same money
1/3 so you can imagine the commission they take

I can't give this company even a star.. the owner was so rude.. unprofessional and zero customer service.. would never recommend this company to anyone eles.. TRASH!

our account manger is reliable and offers great service

Slowest customer service department... to get a new phone on our business account i had to wait for more then half an hour. I was made to sit in dull suffocating room.... in the end when i had enough i left the centre and asked to cancel my request as i can get it quicker in normal telstra centre in shopping centres.
Would not recommend them...
