I had originally given only one star, and was fairly annoyed at the lack of feedback and follow up, from my complaints about Telstra Dandenong Business Centre as an ongoing customer, I was quite frustrated, basically at the lack of ongoing communication regarding my new business package, and how it had not taken effect when it was supposed to,
To be fair, I had also misinterpreted some of the billing system, but I can now say, it is finally up and running, and working as it was set up to.
