The museum is not the worst, although it smacks of a mouse. Unfortunately, I did not learn much about the history of the war, because 99% of information is exclusively in Ukrainian, so a little bit of a checkout. Only one star, because they pissed me that men can not bring anything (even a small back bag, women can), so I had to fly through the museum with my passport, wallet and electronics in my hands, because I did not want to leave them in the locker room.

Walking along paths, alleys, near a beautiful fountain, looking at some of the exhibits of military equipment presented, you can walk through the vast territory of this complex. The museum is partly in the open air, partly inside the premises under the Motherland Mother monument.
By the way, many exhibition samples have a brief description of the possibilities and, what is most interesting, their real history, which is briefly written in Ukrainian and English.

Very impressive museum! In my opinion one of the best museums in Kiev! It takes not one hour to spend on display of expositions! The staff is very friendly! There is a wardrobe, a cafe (although we were not there, so I can not say anything), clean dressing rooms. Especially impressed by the wall with photos on the second floor!

I would like to have a more modern presentation. You can see how cement sank under the heavy tanks. But it s sad that all there is are death machines. How much blood and tears were shed because of them.
Thorough exhibits with multi-language guides and aesthetic layout. The second floor focuses on World War II and the first floor on the contemporary fight against Russian-backed separatist militias in Donetsk. Walk all the way to the top to see the mural interior of the motherland statue. A good museum and a good cultural experience.
