Hyatt Regency Almaty Review

Excellent hotel - quality service, there are opportunities for sports - after a hard day, you can swim in the pool or work out on the simulators. From the window overlooking the mountains.

Comfortable stay.
There is a spa, gym, swimming pool. Good avavtrak.

Breakfast is good, location is comfortable, room is quite good. But it s dark, lighting is only for watching a telly in the gloom. Even to read - lamps are not provided. It was also painted almost by touch. There is no special mirror for the face (for shaving and makeup). Conplimentary water is given 0.5, there is no kettle, no cup in the room. Not seriously.

I really like this place. Doesn t look so great from the outside but it s quite luxurious inside. The breakfast buffet and lobby restaurant are very good, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It s also walking distance to interesting neighborhoods.

We stayed for 3 nights this February. Very nice hotel. Very clean and really helpful staff! Rooms were great as well. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended!

Settled in a smoky room. Massage was done on a strong creaking couch.

Although the exterior looks Soviet, inside all the conditions, comfortable, polite staff, clean, comfortable rooms. I really liked it.

Worst hotel ever. They have malfunction with internet access, so I didn't have INTERNET for two first days. After 5 (!) contacts with them, they finally admitted it. After two days I had to be rude, which I personally hate, to fix the problem. They changed my room to a downgraded one (!). And FINALLY my internet still not working. I have 0,5 Mbps WHEN IT IS WORKING. This is pure abuse and disrespectful for clients. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Nice but rooms were not worth the price. Little lighting and furniture was from the 90s. Overall the staff were great, restaurant was tasty but too expensive!!

This place is around for over 20 years, and it kept up well. Nice, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and big, clean bathrooms with tub and shower. Ask for a room with mountain view - one of the most awesome backdrops of any city I know.

The spa has fitness equipment, sauna and a nice pool.

Breakfast buffet is tasty and plentiful.

Last but bot least: the price per night is unbeatable!

It s not clear where this hotel has 5 stars .... furniture in a terrible condition, behind the sofa someone s underpants .... given that we were in the best room of this hotel (presidential suite) .... the hotel draws on 3-stars maximum-1: type of hotel (but not numbers), 2: swimming pool, 3: breakfast slad !!!!!!!
