Price-performance ratio does not fit! Have stayed in the glass tower. The hotel is very worn out. Furniture in the room chipped off, the fabric is broken on the floor lamp, hanging down in tatters, some curtains are not in the rails, the washbasin in the bathroom has many cracks, doors do not close properly, only jerk shut, which is the case with the bathroom door it is very disadvantageous if the toilet is visited at night. The windows do not close properly and are not soundproof. The bed was comfortable. The next day the cleaning staff forgot to close the window after airing. When we got into the room that evening, it had cooled down, the heating was cold. The breakfast is absolutely not worth four stars. Since I have breakfast at my favorite bakery, it is cheaper and richer. Machine coffee, diluting juices, jam was not refilled, plates were partly dirty, otherwise normal standard pastries, sausage, cheese, muesli, ... There is only one elevator for guests and staff. After breakfast we had to wait 3 elevators (was always loaded with laundry and cleaning material) to get into the room. For dinner we appeared as reserved at 7 p.m., but there was no waiter on site. After approx. 10 min. If we wanted to go to the bar to ask there, a waitress appeared from the kitchen and showed us the table. The 3-course menu offered was okay. The wellness area was visually inviting, seemed to be new or little used. There was a tea bar and diluting juices. The advertised fresh fruit was not available. In the soft sauna, the stove probably made a loud bang when it was switched on or reheated, which made relaxation impossible. Otherwise pleasant relaxation rooms and loungers. Moldy joints could be seen in the cold pools of the Kneipp pools. The view and location are great, but the hotel is not worth four stars and overpriced. Generally one could not find any effort. Front desk gave the impression to want to check in quickly. Also worth mentioning is the paid underground car park.

First, we were allocated a room for a hefty price. This was in an absolutely desolate condition. Dirty were e.g. the curtains, the sofa, the carpet, walls, etc., which was not due to lack of cleaning, but lack of renovation. Almost all corners and edges of doors and furniture were knocked off. We turned to the reception. Then we were assigned another room - probably one of the best in the house. This (clean & tidy) was probably not so often used, since it was very cold - with an outside temperature of about 10 degrees also understandable. Unfortunately, the heating did not work, which was told us very annoyed at a further demand at the front desk. We asked for an extra blanket which led to even more misunderstanding at the front desk. Due to the cold we wanted to take a bath. Unfortunately, no bathtub plug was available. So back to the reception ...! The hotel is damaged in many places, e.g. Doors, handrails, many carpets are dirty - missing many little things, such as. Shower mat, empty minibar, no second pillows, etc .. Okay, but you get annoyed when you address the most important points. The hotel wants to be a 4 star hotel - it is not in our eyes. We definitely advise against visiting this hotel if there is an alternative. Alright was the breakfast - here is the very friendly & attentive lady in the service very positive. By the way, professionally and privately have many hotel stays per year, so quite a bit of expertise.

Despite free rooms, the hotel would rather keep the rooms free for full-paying people. Anyone who comes here via mydays has to be satisfied with the worst data (Sunday - Tuesday). For working people complete nonsense. No understanding or accommodating at all. Instead, someone is said crudely: they are sure to find something else. Who knows, maybe we would have come back as `` full-paying '' with a satisfied visit.

Got a dinner coupon for free. First annoyance: no direct access from the garage to the hotel (!), You climb over the steep ramp to the main entrance (on the road !!!) Reception cooled, but the immediate receipt of the voucher was important Appetizer ice cold (fridge?) Soup ok Main course saves the rating Dessert good Atmosphere overcooled, also because the restaurant was deserted because supposedly no reservations were accepted ((?) Drink prices hearty Garage for a fee All in all, I would have expected much more from a 4 star hotel The feeling of being welcome as a guest and being received with warmth and joy is completely lacking We know much better places

This hotel does not need bookings. Despite free room the booking request was not accepted (mydays coupon). Friendliness of the staff on the phone leaves much to be desired. Definitely no recommendation.

Very poor service, even tissue is by count and they don't cooperate at all for late check out even though we booked 2 rooms and they had availability. They don't like it when you book thru a 3rd party for a better rate and start acting difficult. They offered 1 hr late check out for 90 euros extra which is a single room one night charge!! Their bathrooms had many faults and required maintenance.

Unfortunately, one star is still too much, wait 30min for the waiter and another 15 min for a coffee. Location is pleasant but management of the hotel unfortunately under all criticism.

Had to redeem a voucher ... ... but the hotel was not clear about my desired date with my arrival for 2 days because it was over the holidays and so the hotel could ask for more than my voucher was valid ... I'm lost for words ... Statement from the staff ... ... you will definitely find another hotel

+ Beautiful spa area + Breakfast and restaurant = beautiful - possible not a massage, although it is advertised - shabby rooms (carpet dirty, broken sink, broken wardrobe, several small defects) - TG surcharge

We received a warm and courteous welcome and were able to check in without any complications and unbureaucratic problems and load and unload our car without any problems. The rooms were quickly accessible via the nearby elevators. Despite the south-west facing sunshine, the rooms were pleasantly cool and not overheated, although the blinds were only a little closed so as not to block the wonderful view. Through a small entrance door to the kitchen, you could catch a glimpse of chef Marco and his team at breakfast time and again and again during the day. Which have proven that their dishes, which they always arrange with great attention to detail, are really freshly prepared and nothing pre-cooked is served. When ordering and serving, the kitchen always adapts to the guest. People ask politely and unobtrusively how long the dishes may be served, whether they want a short break or the next course. Very impressive, as the food looks and tastes fresh even after the desired breaks and has no dry spots from being kept warm or the like. With the rich and varied breakfast buffet no wishes remained unfulfilled and the guests were surprised every day with new refinements. The large, extensive and separately located spa and wellness area with its extended opening hours offered a wide range of different recreational and relaxation options. The bartender Benno rounded off my evening in style with his warm but discreet manner, a recommendation for the undecided or a few little stories about the drinks ordered.

Good restaurant and hard-working friendly staff! Location, Restaurant Top! Unfortunately, despite little visitors longer waiting times for the drinks. Food expensive but delicious. In summer the terrace is an absolute dream!

As was the case 100 years ago, there is still no waiter when you sit outside, and when you go in to get it yourself, there is complete overcharge at the bar. Otherwise, you sit on the terrace and the food is good too.

Positive: Very good breakfast. Everything is there and fresh. When we came a little later we were even asked if you should add something more. Food in the restaurant also extremely high quality. Very nice service staff except for a receptionist. Negative: The costs for parking too high and otherwise no parking. No heating or you couldn't turn it on. Very disappointing for a spa hotel as I was extremely frozen after the spa and after the shower too. You can only hide them under the covers and nothing else. Even got a fever easily. Room was much bigger in the pictures. The room seemed very small to me. But still nice view. The light switches don't work at all as they should. One time it doesn't work. The table lamps by the bed didn't work at all. The walls are also very thin and a drunk guest who was loud (very good to hear through the thin walls) even wanted to get into our room. The reception was not manned, so nobody came and I didn't want to go out to this person either. Fortunately, he was gone after a quarter of an hour. Conclusion: Certainly not bad for a business trip, the food is also excellent and the staff were also very accommodating. But I would not recommend the hotel for relaxation.

That is a pure rating for the restaurant :-) was very positively surprised and did not even know that you can eat so incredibly well there! Definitely keep it up, thank you dear chef Martin, who I got to know by chance, for the very good food, gladly again anytime! Service also very friendly and courteous. And as a recommendation, be sure to have a drink in the cocktail bar afterwards .....

A star for the ambience. Have table reserved no table prepared. Have twice let fish go back (rotten fish). Steak Medium Rar ordered was almost through. Have apologized but this may not happen at a 4 star hotel. Not recommendable.

Negative: the rooms were underground dirty. Before I unpacked my suitcase, I wiped dust first. The bathroom looked in our opinion as unfinished. The floor was not even tiled, mold at the joints, hair from the predecessor in the bathtub. Positive: Welcome gift in the room. Breakfast was delicious! Conclusion: Will not book the hotel again.

The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings in the small town of Hall in Tirol. The old town is only a few minutes' walk away and is therefore a good starting point. The 4 star hotel makes a very modern and good impression in its own underground car park ( 8 / night) on arrival. The round tower is of course a "Hingugcker" surrounded by the mountain panorama. The check-in was uncomplicated, we had the opportunity to redeem a travel voucher and therefore did not know in which of the two buildings we would be accommodated. Our room was in the white, older building of the hotel. Unfortunately, we were absolutely disappointed with this room - the room is getting old, the furnishings are no longer contemporary and old-fashioned. The wear and tear of the years cannot be overlooked, we searched in vain for the promised view from every room. On the first floor and thus directly above the outside terrace, it was also very loud in the evening. The bathroom was spacious and large. All in all, the room spoils the consistently positive and modern impression of the hotel, this room does not do justice to the 4 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, the bar and outside terrace were very comfortable and inviting, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and well presented. We had a great, short stay here and the region offers a lot to experience. We would come again, but only in the modern, round glass tower.

The Parkhotel in Hall in Tirol is all in all a nice place. On the pro side is the that it is right beside the old town center, the hotel bar is nice and the breakfast was very good. The down side is that the rooms are a bit worn down, although well cleaned. All in all I can recommend it for short trips, would stay there again for one or two nights.
