You can have good colleagues but you're not going there because they lie to you, no vacation, low pay (less money as supervisor than agent). It is not organize as a big company like that should be.
Horrible place! So unprofessional. I worked with them for 2 years. They steal your hours and don t pay you back for your missing hours, every month my check was short. They don t care about you, the manager at fanatics (gyasi) is also very unprofessional and doesn t care about you. I asked for a ROE to be sent months ago, it took him a month just to claim he sent it in. Both hr and gyasi lied about this, neither of them submitted my ROE. Don t ever work for this company, it s not worth it!!
I worked here years ago. Some of the managers were having sex with other people there. it was very unorganized. low pay. It was a bad experience.
I used to work here for a day and they never gave me my paycheck. Disgusting company and i knew this, place was sketchy when a former employee came to collect his cheque and he told me to leave this place and go to a bank where they pay more.

I would not recommend working here. They have an extremely high turnover rate. People are joining and quiting usually within the first week.

Hey, they deleted the old location on maps because there were horror stories and they found that best thing to do is to bury it into Google cloud nonexistence! The tormented souls of every Customer service representative worked here will haunt you forever! There is nothing else to say
Teleperformance is a customer service consulting firm in Eglinton Canada. They actually owns the building and make use of seven out of the eight floors of the building.
