Wild bad customer service, by the employees. It is so bad to see the way you are treated, in no way get any respect from any of them. You can clearly see that they do not want to work on the spot, and it is really sad to hear, especially in the phone industry. The phone is also never taken (and this is not due to many customers in the store when I was facing the store and phoned). Not at all a store I would recommend to go to.

Have bought a few phones here. Overall nice service. However, as always in the telecom industry, there is a lot of replacement. So there is not much know how to survive in the store. But if you know what you want to buy, that's not the big problem.

My girlfriend's company has lost an estimated turnover of 10,000: - because of telenor junk ... They believe that they did not receive our mail even though we have been mailing back and forth for a month with a seller. We never received any bill .. So they decided to turn off all our phones on the 1st of the month as well as our internet .. So now we need a man to look after the premises while their technician can correct the error and come once between 8-13 .. Sick bad service!

Even if you already call to order data cards to minimize the waiting time, it will completely slip out of them. So 35 minutes of waste time for something that should take 1-2 minutes. Unfortunately, believe the general disease of telecommunications companies. Think the phone phone, subscription, internet etc is so pissy expensive .....

The worst ever!

The worst ever!
It started with the promise of a business abb. in 24 months but the scam in it was that they made a "secret" discount deal with 36 months. bond. So you don't get connected for 24 months. but 36 months. As I find out it will have my numbers moved to private! I call them 1 month and 12 days before my bonding period is over. I get emails to confirm the change from business to private, I go in and approve it, then after the bond period is over should I have been changed to private, I call another telecommunications carrier carrying number transfer to them. Then I get an email from Telenor that my numbers will be moved after 3 months!
I then call them to hear why etc so they say that moving to another telecommunications company came before my request to have my numbers moved to private!

Worst customer service! Scam and scam and nothing else !!!

Employees had to ask me for advice on using the product that I was looking for and when they finally found it in the back room, it became 700, - more expensive when I was not and would become a Telenor customer.
