I have never had a problem with the service in the Greater Perth Region . And, being a loyal customer, Telechoice have increased my data limit from 2gb to 4.5gb.

It is easy to take a quality network for granted. I was with Optus for 12 years and through call drop outs were normal. I have been on the TeleChoice network for 12 + months and I cannot remember what it is like to have a call drop out.

I have only received top notch service from Telechoice. Any customer service officers I have dealt with have been knowledgeable and helpful. I am very happy to be a Telechoice customer.

Telechoice provide decent value and are one of the cheaper providers on the Telstra network. I have not had issues with coverage or access to data.
However their customer account security is extremely poor. Customer passwords are stored in plain text. Customers must say their password when they call for support. Customers using the (third-party) chat support tool on Telechoice's website are required to enter their password in plain text in the chat window in order to receive support. This means that if you want to keep your account secure, you need to change your password every time you deal with Telechoice.

Great price, great service! They keep rewarding the customer. And I keep telling people how good the service is. Great work guys

When most telcos are trying to take more and give less, Telechoice does the opposite, increasing data without warning and letting you know when there is a better deal available. Love, Love, Love Telechoice!

Cheaper than my previous plan with more data available to me, on a better network so I've always got coverage and they just gave me and extra 5GB of data for free, which is awesome!

Texts me once a year telling me my package got upgraded free of charge. Thrilled to see this kind of customer service.

I am pleased to see that you have made the changes to add data to the next month.
However, the connections are still not functioning as well as they ought to.
Many times I am unable to make a call from inside my house.

Telechoice increased 1 GB data. According to their text, it is no charge for additional data. When I received Tax Invoice, they added $5. It is clearly unfair to customers. If there is option I give 0.

I always advice people who may be changing the phone plan and advice them to connect through Telechoice as you cannot beat their prices and best reception you can get. I also suggest they look at the Telechoice NBN plans for a good price.

I have been a customer for twenty years. No issues, great to deal with and reasonably priced.

I purchased 13 month pre paid SIM card and 2 month later I get bills telling me to pay for the SIM card, and they cut off my service. I have sent numerous emails and used their online chat with no responses. AVOID
