Always offering new plans and deals, and always making it so easy to switch if the other option suits better. Never had an issue with their customer service. Not to mention the great prices! Always recommending them.

Happy with the experience generally but I live in Perth and I m sick of being woken up by texts at 7am. When Melbourne was on daylight saving it was 6am. You have customers in Perth.....treat them with consideration.

I have been a Telechoice customer for more than 3 years now and have mobile services for both myself and my children.
Their mobile service leverage the Telstra 4G network and we have always experienced good coverage.
They have always provided a responsive service - much better than dealing with a large Telco.
They also proactively upgrade the service on a regular basis by increasing the amount of data included in the plan, without me having to initiate the discussion.

Have been with Telechoice for 10 years with no hassles. Probably could find a better deal elsewhere, but I am happy with the Network service and Data speed and nearly have reception everywhere I have been in Australia. Have increased my Data Allowance on their own accord thru their rewards system .Keep the Data coming.

My wife and I have been with Telechoice for a number of years. Never had a problem with service or the network. Pricing is very competitive and the range of plans should cover nearly everyone's need. Very happy. The Perks are a nice touch. Thank you. Pity you closed the Colonnades store though.....hence the 4 stars.

It is best mobile network I have ever been using service so far. I am TeleChoice member for 4 years I guess. My mobile plan was 2GB and $500 credit at $16 per month. And recently TeleChoice has upgraded me to 3GB with no charge! I was thinking to move to other network. They offer me 6GB at $20 per month. But I dont need that much and not sure their network will be as good as TeleChoice or not. So, to anyone out there if you are look ling for mobile network TeleChoice is highly recommended by me.

Telechoice has always been reliable,helpful, knowledgeable and available. Recently I have found out that the store in frankston closed and now I have no idea where to go for what used to be their excellent customer service. The men their were fantastic.
I will remain with telechoice but do need some information as to where they are now located. I do not like discussion over a phone or internet!

At a time when Internet companies are making a mint with the whole population trying to obtain more data due to covid crisis meanwhile providing zero support, it is heartening to get freebies from Telechoice, such as ability to store unused data. So helpful at a time like this!!

The stars should be showing 4.5. Twenty four hours after transferring to Telechoice I received three SMS messages. One message had been sent 48hrs earlier. Another message sent 72hrs earlier. The final message had been sent seven before receiving it. Apart from that I have not had any problems with Telechoice what so ever!! I highly recommend this provider to everyone!

Have been a Telechoice customer for 7 years during this time there have been a few issues but their customer service has responded quickly and resolved well. They re are the only telco that has generously rewarded me by addition of extra data without request. This is a great quality. I wish them well and trust they keep up the good service.

Great price for a monthly plan! Never had any trouble with network connectivity and I ve been upgraded at no charge which i m pretty happy about. Overall, excellent service and more affordable than any other plan i ve looked at.

I have had my mobile phone with Telechoice for a number of years now and can say that it was a good decision. Reception is great, plans are competitively priced and have had great service. I would highly recommend Telechoice. Thanks for the free data upgrade

Telstra staff are really nice and helpful and they just raised my data from 2GB to 3GB for NO apparent reason! So it just made my day a whole lot better. Would definitely recommend Telstra to other people

Both myself and husband have been a Telechoice member for more than 5 years and would not go with any other Telco.
Service has been exceptional and the deals we are on are the best on the market.
We have told other telcos about the plan we are on and they say " can't beat that, stay with them" and we have every intention.

Over the years, I have used many mobile phone service providers with many varying rates of service & saticfaction. Since I've been with TeleChoice I've found their service to be outstanding & extremely cost effective, I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, cost effective & customer friendly Telco service provider.

Service is not bad.

Service is not bad.
But billing system and customer service are the worst.
I chat to solve a mistake as they over charged me.
The representative told me that he will escalate the issue and I should get a mail in 2 days.
Nothing happened.
Then I call the customer service a representative called Ella answered me after the second waiting time after having the verification she hold the line for 20 minutes.
10 days without solving me bill issue

I have never had anything less than fantastic service both the quality of the mobile service and any time I have had to contact customer service, it has also been fantastic. I would not consider changing to another carrier at all.

Changed from Telstra to Telechoice after many years with Telstra, and couldn't be more happy. Telechoice has worked out much cheaper and their Data Allowance, which they have just increased at no extra cost, is far greater and cheaper than I had before. Very glad I changed to Telechoice.
