I've been a customer for over 3 years now and have always had coverage, great customer service over the phone, and I've got a fantastic plan. I have even converted my daughter and husband to Telechoice. Five stars from me.

I have been very happy with Telechoice. They have given me great friendly service, upgraded my data limit,helped me whenever i had questions and most of all my phone picks up services except for in the remotest areas which i am sure other good providers would have the same problem.
Extremely horrible Mobile provider! I called the service and the staff are so amazingly bad especially one woman with accent, so rude, unfriendly and impatient. Telehoice doesn't care customers at all and will grab every opportunity to rip people off. The last time I called the service and told them I may leave Telechoice, so do five of my friends, the guy who answered me said, that is ok, go ahead. What a remarkable Mobile provider, so happy to leave it now and will never come back
You can't beat Telechoice for value and great customer service. Whenever a conversation occurs with regard to mobile service providers, I always shout the praises for Telechoice. Unbeatable, Telechoice is the best!
Excellent company to deal with. The franchisee in Corio Shopping Centre is a good bloke and has continued to help me when ever I need it. I now have my personal and business plans with TelleChoice.
I've liked this company from the day I signed up with them Upgraded my Data from 30G to 55G awhile ago for free which I was very thankful Now I can bank my unused Data to 100G This is a very good company and I recommend whenever I can
Telechoice have done everything they said they would. Actively offered me a better plan when mine expired and provided more data at no added expense. Best service provider I have ever had.

Telechoice are providing the same high level of customer service that Telstra used to provide back in the day. I'm managing a small fleet of 120+ Handsets and Telechoice make it a breeze to manage my fleet as well as provide fast response to any moves/add/change requests. I have recomended them to other NGO's and will continue to do so.
Extremely happy with the service. Never had any issues. Also great customer service, We have received answers to our queries promptly. For price we pay per phone, what we get is pretty good!
Telechoice has excellent coverage which is important, but their cheap prices are awesome. The reliability of the service and large included calls and data make me want to stay put and never consider changing service providers.. simply outstanding...

Been using Telechoice for a number of years for my mobile, always received the service as promised. Great value for money, highly recommend them as a telco as I ve never had connection issues.
Ive been a telechoice customer for a while. A long while. They are on telstra, so the coverage is pretty good. I haven't been anywhere too extreme, but in over 5 years I haven' had any coverage issues. Cool. I had just a small plan. $25 for 2g plus unlimited call and text. It was set up on prepay fortnightly. I ended up $130 in CREDIT. Did I get a call? No. Cheaper $15 rate for same plan, or new $25 plan for better service and more "stuff". Nuthin". I had to call them, and get some whiney dude on the line asking me not to be "annoyed". I only call people when I am "annoyed". That's what customer service is for. partly anyway. However. I let my account run out, and let them call me. PDQ they were too when I owed them. We have a new deal, which is set up on direct debit again. 12 months split into 26 payments. Plus a fortnight. Now plus $25. And I still get thees really aggravating little texts telling me that I owe them a few cents when I get behind there accounting system. I am tired, guys. Get your s@@t together, because if I have to come in to speak to someone we're all going to be sad.
