Telechoice provide decent value and are one of the cheaper providers on the Telstra network. I have not had issues with coverage or access to data.
However their customer account security is extremely poor. Customer passwords are stored in plain text. Customers must say their password when they call for support. Customers using the (third-party) chat support tool on Telechoice's website are required to enter their password in plain text in the chat window in order to receive support. This means that if you want to keep your account secure, you need to change your password every time you deal with Telechoice.
