Each time I call the experience is better than the last. Everyone is always quick to help and friendly. I spoke with Bill B. today and he was so helpful. He pointed me in the direction of some headsets for our office. He took the time to explain exactly what we need and how to hook them up. He offered future help once the headsets are in. He is what customer service is all about.

I'd highly recommend this company normally, but especially after our experience these past couple weeks.

Vince and the TDS team has been supporting our business phone system needs for 15+ years. We rely on them so we can always stay connected to our clients. We upgraded from Verizon lines and a traditional phone system to an IP Phone system with VOIP Lines. We reduced monthly costs and drastically improved the technology. A flawless execution of any technological upgrade is essential in business today. Downtime of any sort can't be afford. Though the cost comparisons for conversion were very attractive, I needed to see the system in action. The learning center at TDS really helped answer my questions and the lunch and learn session allowed me to hear other customer service related issues firms are encountering and how this system would streamline the process. The system really paid off during Superstorm Sandy, when our office was without power for 3 weeks. During that time, all calls were forwarded to my mobile allowing us to continue operating. The TDS family is a valuable partner and glad to have them in our corner.

Damon Finaldi and his team, including Diane Contuzzi, Jay M, and Justin Woodruff, with whom I have worked directly, are extremely professional and provide a great service. When we first sat with Damon he took the time to hear the needs of our company and suggested a comprehensive plan to roll out exactly what we need today, while setting us up to expand in the future. When we began the project, his team outlined a very detailed, step by step plan to complete the project, and then they executed on that plan. On "cut-over" day, his team was on site to ensure that the go-live day was successful, and it was. There were minor issues, that could not have been foreseen, that needed to be addressed with our internal network, so they identified the problem and quickly implemented a fix. The system was put to the test rather shortly after the go-live date, when we had a local power outage. We called into his support team from our cell phones and they were able to route our business phones to our cell phones and our customers were none the wiser that our office phones didn't have power. To sum it up, the Tele-Data Solutions delivered on the product and service, as promised; and the people are a pleasure to work with; professional and knowledgeable.
This company has some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Anything we need they take care of. Yesterday Jay was my support person for an extremely large problem solving task; he kept in constant contact and took the time to explain the issue and how it was solved. When we installed new phones in our office there were a few bugs, as is to be expected, but they were with us 100% of the way. They made sure to make any changes we needed and showed us how to alter the settings ourselves. When trying to get a tech in to change the location of one of our phones, Jay M. was incredibly helpful and personable. 10/10 would recommend.
