I recommend any trucker looking for a load to stay away from this company. I should have reviewed them on Google before I worked for them because they obviously don't have a good reputation. They must pay someone to put great reviews or bad reviews. You figure out which.

I honestly wish i could give this company 0 stars, their service is HORRIBLE ZERO INTEGRITY please do your research on this company before working for them or giving them your freight. Despite the positive comments on here ( wich im almost certain that are friends and family) their service is poor. They are too expensive and your products will not be safe with them !!!!

Slow to pay bills and carriers and unprofessional does not pay waiting time and argues when they have to pay it not impressed with payment or them denying charges will not pull loads for them again

Very disappointed with the service received by ISG. I was eager to start working with a company who brags about their great rates, however, each time they would send me a rate (quote) and I would accept, they would take nearly a day to respond and confirm the rate. Upon confirming, they will then advise of extra charges/fees. Their final invoice charges end up being more than many local competitors.
Two days ago I confirmed a rate and yesterday had to send a reminder e-mail requesting status update - as I had not heard back for 24 hours. At that time they advised they had still not booked the pick-up... This has been my experience with them for every shipment. If your shipments are time-sensitive or client's projects are urgent; choose a different carrier.

EDIT: The only reviews about ISG actually explaining an experience, are negative; all positive reviews are just star-ratings with no explanation. A common trick to get friends & employees to "review" and increase their ratings. Avoid using ISG Transportation.

We do alot of international shipping and struggled in the begining to locate a broker who would not only have great freight rates but more importantly, one that was honest and reliable. As we all know in the shipping world it is easy for a driver/broker to lie and say everything is ok and ON TIME! However, the truth is everything is not ok or ON TIME!
With Vince Andreachi and his PLATINUM TEAM, we have had nothing but honesty even when the news was not so good and very rarely have we had anything that wasn't on time, but when we have we never had to hear it from our customer, it was always from Vince and Team first.
Without a doubt hands down, ISG and the Platinum team are the ones to beat, also added bonus rates have been outrageous with the ELD being put into place, but as soon as produce season rates started dropping, you better believe ISG was the first to say "WE HAVE YOUR RATE LOWERED ALREADY!!!" now that is customer service I can live with :)
