Order placed on 3-06-2020 (order number 100260410)...
Order placed on 3-06-2020 (order number 100260410), delivered on 5-06-2020 which is neat. But then it started:
When assembling the product I find out that it contains a production error. This can happen to any factory, so I asked if I could exchange the product for a correct one. It would not be sure if I can return the product, since I have assembled the product (how else can I find out that it contains a manufacturing error?)
So I neatly explained that I did not want a refund, but only the right product without a production error.
After several emails back and forth, it was (with difficulty) decided to exchange the product with a production defect for a good product. However, this would not be possible on the weekend and they could not give an exact time, but we could arrange a day when someone would come by.
I understand this so I took a whole day off from work to get it sorted, Friday 26-06-2020 someone would come by.
After waiting all day, you guessed it, no one came by. Tried calling customer service, after waiting 22 minutes (!) I was waiting number 7 (started at 13) so I gave up on that too.
It is now 29-06-2020 and I still have not received a call, no one has yet come by, and no answer to my mail.

PS: IF my problem is solved I will report this as an update in this review. As long as I do not report this, there is still no solution.
PPS: The Tegeldepot terms and conditions neatly describe a link that can be used to report a complaint. The problem is that this link doesn't work. How can we file a complaint? I have no idea, that question by email is not answered.
