After being fantastic in the shop (they have beautiful products and expert staff) it has unfortunately gone downhill. The payment went wrong (discount not processed) and the products could only be delivered 3 weeks later than promised due to a delivery problem. On the delivery day itself the deliverer did not show up, stayed all day at home, and I had to phone myself from different suppliers. Tegeldepot could not tell me anything and referred me to them. Track and trace links that you receive never work (does not state any time) and to top it all off, my designer radiator has been lost. Eventually delivered

Barely accessible by telephone (only after 10 am and long queues) and callbacks are not always fulfilled. It is particularly unfortunate that a company with such beautiful products and skilled advisers in the store drops so many stitches in the after-sales service. Tile depot, improve your logistics and service because this is a waste.

All nice and friendly, until something is wrong. Expensive shower tray purchased that seemed to be fine after installation. A tear with normal use after 4 months. Well fitting is accepting. As a consumer I also have certain rights! But there is no message about that. Kim and Ricardo nice and abrupt, not thinking along and downright blunt towards the customer. Never again for me.

A lot of choice and the floor that we have chosen was just in stock. Just negotiate the price and voila, a deal.
Can not say otherwise as a chapeau, for both the seller and the showroom. A very satisfied customer.

From the cupboard to the wall, absolutely not recommended. Eventually it took 3 months before my order (around 3500eu) was complete. I had discussions several times about what was or was not delivered. The final question is: "what have we actually delivered to you". In the end it was nice and they pay extra because they had to ship so often.
Everything shows that the logistics process is not in order. After a lot of haggling everything complete, unfortunately there is one toilet bowl that does not have the prescribed size and should actually be returned under warranty. I will buy this at another store.

I have been tempted by the competitive price, but in the end you pay back the benefit twice and for all.

Mega poor service, for ~ 2000 euros worth of items purchased at Tegel Depot. Discount was almost impossible, with great effort I got a 3% discount on the entire order. Well, I wanted it anyway, and Tegel Depot seemed the best choice because they could already deliver the things the next day and we had already started the renovation.

You can already feel it coming, in the end not everything was in stock, with the result that we had to do without a shower wall for a month and a half (!). I save the details, but the communication was not possible. Never be called back, no empathy, no clarity as to whether there was another wall at all. Unfortunately we had no alternative, so we had to sit out the time.

My tip, if you buy something here, have them double check the delivery times. They lure you with fast delivery times but after you have ordered you find out that they have almost nothing in stock and depend on their suppliers. You certainly do not expect support or customer-friendliness.

Do not!!!!! Can not provide anything. We have purchased a shower cabin Wiesbaden Sunshine. Delivered over a week ago. Was put in the shed and my husband brought the parts up. Unfortunately, a glass plate has been dropped. Immediately sought telephone contact with tile depot and explained what happened and that I wanted to reorder a glass panel. The manufacturer would be informed. The following Monday received an e-mail from Tile Depot to indicate clearly which part. Nicely done. Called on Wednesday with tile deposit and asked what the state of affairs was. It is no longer possible to shower and that is a bit annoying. The customer service representative asked for a moment. As far as I was concerned that was possible, after all it had been on hold for half an hour before I got someone on the line. And then there was the redeeming answer: cannot, ma'am, you can purchase a new cabin and then, out of courtesy, we will give a 20% discount. And that on a cabin of 700 euros. In short, if I want to deposit 560 euros for a glass plate.
Wanted to report this in an email. Mail also received nicely with a lot of talk about liability. And that was not the point. To howl this. In short, don't start. Looks nice but if you want service you have a big problem !!!!

Here some products ordered for our bathroom at the same time. The first product was delivered quickly and neatly, but we had not been notified of the other product and I still had to call about it (after being on hold). This was also delivered, but turned out to be wrong. It was just a completely different brand than I ordered! So call again and hold on for a long time. I was then informed that this product was just the same as the one I had ordered, even though it was a different brand. I have not been able to make it clear to you that this is wrong: you ordered brand a, but you get brand b without it being on the website! I also said: state with that product that if you order it, you will get something else. But they were not obliged to do that, I was told shortly. It was just the same and that was that. I could send it back but then I had to pay the costs myself !!! This is the upside-down world or not? If I order Nike shoes and I get Adidas shoes, but they are the same model, isn't that okay? According to this store that is very normal and you just have to take it for granted and not make it that hard. The point is that I choose brand a, and then get unsolicited brand b. And that this is apparently normal and that they do not have to mention that and therefore also deal with it in a customer-unfriendly way is still the most remarkable thing to me. You will be briefly answered and not exactly friendly and you get the feeling that they think it is best and do not think along with it or admit that this is strange.

Excellent service at Tiles & Sanitary Depot. A part of a built-in shower faucet would be delivered later, but the sales employee managed to arrange that it arrived on time via another route.

Ordered our wall closet at Tegel & SanitairDepot through a friend. Super fast delivery, provided by Hoekstra B.V. from Sneek. Unfortunately, something turned out to be missing upon delivery. Immediately called and was answered very friendly and professional. The missed item was delivered early the next day. Very excited about my first experience with this company !!

Great service, ordered some things. Received right an hour later that a delivery could not be delivered on time. They had no suitable alternative, so the furniture was expired. Delivery in a week. The Geberit missed the filler box. After some calls back and forth everything was arranged. Am satisfied.

I am very happy that I can now get into your story because I bought nothing at all at tile depot

Ordered a built-in toilet roll holder and soap dispenser online and delivered on time. When ordering, I already knew that the soap dispenser would be delivered later. They kept me informed in between.
There was a small damage to the toilet roll holder that was no longer visible after installation and they have, on their own initiative, given a small discount on that. Great experience left over!

What a mess this company, don't join the sea!
-When ordering on the site, the items could be delivered next week. After payment, it turned out that the tiles were out of stock at all, and arrived a week later.
-After delivery, packs of matte tiles and glossy were found to be mixed together.
-Tile depot again had no stock, while our renovation had started.
-No help or solution was offered.
- Customer service is VERY hard to reach.
-After a lot of calling and threatening, we could eventually pick them up in Zeewolde (from Tilburg ...).
-Wait 2 more hours because the truck was not there yet! No apologies or cup of coffee. HORRIBLE!

Shower enclosure damaged inside. After opening box immediately called and photos mailed with tile depot but no response and solution after 3 days. Company does not communicate.

For the renovation of our first owner-occupied home we went to tile depot zeewolde for the purchase of a tiled floor with a concrete look. Once in the showroom, it was love at first sight, but we had to decide quickly because it was a party that had come from a trade fair in Italy and the stock was limited. For this reason, we went on-site to purchase the tiles, and also bought enough to lay the bathroom with this tile (we thought).

It went wrong at delivery, 1 pack of tiles was broken (with a spoon from a forklift truck gone?), There was a note with + 1 pack of tiles, but when it turned out there was no extra suit on the pallet. I believe that misuse of good faith is then.

The tilers we had hired called me during my working day that there was 1 tile in each suit that he opened with a purple / blue stain. He had tried to polish it off but it was really baked in the tile. Some tiles could partly be used for a tile with cutting loss, but the tiles intended for the bathroom had to be used. There were also a lot of tiles with corners that had been broken down. The tiles were rectified (sawn for right angles) but the tiles were not all the same in thickness and length x width. A disaster to lay with a system that tiles to equal level of each other.

Because of the attention for the broken corners and the spots the tiler had not noticed a third problem, namely blisters. The tiler has come back twice to remove tiles with a stain, one is still in because it is difficult to remove with the underfloor heating that comes together. The 4 tiles with vesicles occurred to me later on during the thorough cleaning of the cement film.

Then you have a floor of a small 6000 euros, which is defective in several areas due to a poor quality tile. Tile depot wanted me after a lot of mailing and calling with a refund of about 180 euros for the tiles with stains.

I feel genfified because I can not imagine that they did not notice the number of unpacked tiles in the showroom. A floor that should have given me a lot of fun is now a thorn in the eye.

If they had solved it by sending a tiler that had replaced the bad tiles in the floor for good tiles, this would have been a neat solution. With the current solution for us never again tile depot zeewolde.

After a wrong calculation, I wanted to return the glass wall and also order another wall.
This was not possible because the current cardboard box was so damaged / broken during unpacking, and is not justified to return it in that state.
Called, e-mailed but the service failed, despite the fact that I wanted to order another wall.
Hereby returning my conclusion with a damaged box or broken is absolutely not possible ....
Not really worth a star ....

But I had about 8 percent broken tiles in between
I did not expect that, but I had ordered enough tiles, and were of good quality
Also 1 shower hinge did not function properly
1 email and it was resolved neatly, 2 days later I had a new set at home!

After previous positive experiences, now ordered again from Tegeldepot. Unfortunately, this did not work out as well this time. I had ordered tiles, got no response when they arrived, called myself and it turned out that they were already ready. I asked if this was really the case as I had to drive an hour to get to Zeewolde and I didn't want to come for nothing. It was said to be real. Arriving in Zeewolde, the tiles were not there, it was said that there was a mistake in keeping the warehouse up to date, this happened more often. Then I think it is very bad if this happens more often and I ask if it is really there that this is not checked for me. I was able to cancel the tiler and the order did not arrive until 2 weeks later. I have filed a complaint about this with the tile depot but never heard from again, which I find very disappointing.

2x a toilet set ordered from tile depot and delivered both times with the wrong toilet seat.

The first x it was quickly resolved by providing the correct toilet seat.

The second x it went a lot less smoothly. Mail gets bad / no response, when you call you are on hold for 15/20 minutes and you get an employee on the line who has no product knowledge. After calling 5x it turned out that the correct seat is no longer available . Now 2 different sessions.

For me the first time ordering at a tile depot was a positive experience.
I am very satisfied with the entire process, from ordering to delivery.
Sorting out was easy through the many filters that the site offers, so I had quickly found my product.

After my order neatly received an email with what would happen after my order.
A day in advance received a text from the carrier with the time when she expected to arrive. I received my shower wall on time. The driver even took the trouble to carry the heavy package with me to my home.

It was packed very well with reinforced corners, lots of polystyrene and reinforced parts where necessary.
Everything I needed was neatly packed in the box.

My question to customer service was also answered quickly and adequately.

The screen is now in my bathroom and I am very satisfied and proud every time I take a shower.

Delivery much later than agreed. Planning with tiler etc therefore confused. Wrong product delivered: had to order shower set for shower tray while it was already there. Still I had to pay for the return. Upon reporting that I did this under protest and would no longer buy from them: no response!

Been there and left the door with a neat offer. Some small adjustments to the quotation were quickly arranged. Upon delivery it appeared that the box contents were slightly smaller than what was stated on the quotation. This is well picked up with a subsequent delivery without any hassle. So very satisfied so far. The only thing I personally regret is that you do not get a nice drawing of your new bathroom. Say more tile farmer than bathroom specialist style. But probably the price is too.

Buying at Tegeldepot is going well. Kindly helped. Unfortunately, there is a broken shower door during the shower. When I asked if I could only buy a door instead of a complete shower cabin, I have been waiting for 6 weeks now. As soon as you call you have to wait at least fifteen minutes on the line before you get to talk to someone (up to 2 times). I think this poor service.

At first, the Tegeldepot in Zeewolde seemed to be a reliable party. The stuff they provide is good in terms of quality. But the service is very poor. A new unopened bathtub cannot be returned after a period of time if the plumber says it does not fit with the drain.

I ordered a mirror, but a wrong mirror was delivered. I have been trying to contact me for weeks now, but every time no reply and the emails are not answered. Bad service!

Order placed on 3-06-2020 (order number 100260410), delivered on 5-06-2020 which is neat. But then it started:

When assembling the product I find out that it contains a production error. This can happen to any factory, so I asked if I could exchange the product for a correct one. It would not be sure if I can return the product, since I have assembled the product (how else can I find out that it contains a manufacturing error?)
So I neatly explained that I did not want a refund, but only the right product without a production error.

After several emails back and forth, it was (with difficulty) decided to exchange the product with a production defect for a good product. However, this would not be possible on the weekend and they could not give an exact time, but we could arrange a day when someone would come by.
I understand this so I took a whole day off from work to get it sorted, Friday 26-06-2020 someone would come by.

After waiting all day, you guessed it, no one came by. Tried calling customer service, after waiting 22 minutes (!) I was waiting number 7 (started at 13) so I gave up on that too.

It is now 29-06-2020 and I still have not received a call, no one has yet come by, and no answer to my mail.

What a bad company! Here ordered a wall-mounted toilet with bidet and a fountain set of differenz. First they do not keep their promise of delivery. Waited almost a week for the wall-mounted toilet and even longer for the fountain set (dropshipping). First wall-mounted toilet was damaged. This was replaced, it turned out that the second did not include any parts for wall mounting. Report made have been waiting for more than 4 weeks for the parts! Fountain set same story the pipes of the siphon are not included. Several times by telephone contact of course always a queue of half an hour! How will that come? Still no hanging wall closet and a fountain set that is completely shameless! Will never order here again feel kind of ripped off!

Sometimes you have to follow your feelings, it turns out afterwards. Needed some new stuff for the bathroom and ended up on the Tegeldepot site. The prices are attractive and the products sold are very nice, but the site is also very messy. Lots of spelling mistakes to be discovered, texts and titles that jump do not come across as professional. It often applies to unkempt websites that they are not always very reliable, but given the price / quality ratio and the fact that the order could be delivered the next day if you ordered before 3 pm, I turned a blind eye to this. A big mistake, because the ordered shower enclosure could not be delivered until the beginning of June. However, the site still says "ordered before 3 pm, delivered the next (working) day". This comes across as quite unfriendly to the customer, as if this was done purely to make money. So eventually decided to cancel the purchase and look elsewhere for new stuff.

Tip: invest in professional employees for the website so that the number of errors that can be found is much smaller (you can only make a first impression once) and ensure clear communication on both the site and the customer. And especially that the information is correct if a delivery time is different !!

Incredible how a company can deliver this !!!
Up to 3x, tile depot has delivered new tiles, each with damaged tiles in between. After the 3rd delivery (24 tiles, 18 damaged) I sent everything back.
Then had to send a lot of calls and emails to finally get my money back after 4 weeks.
