After a few years my shower head broke. This was replaced under service. Very neat, not something I would expect, the store itself took care of the shipping costs.

Product purchased on July 13 in Zeewolde but not suitable in apartment. Called customer service the next day. Was neatly helped. Mister agreed to return after contacting the Zeewolde branch. Even mention the agreement in the system "in case the sellers in the store are difficult. Once in Zeewolde very impersonal and uninterested helped by staff in the branch who disagreed with the return. When purchasing they were friendly (crazy ..).
Meanwhile, we are over a week later and still have not received a return confirmation and still no refund. Customer service response does not provide a solution, just a vague statement. Tile depot has been holding my payment for more than a week now, while other organizations can refund within 24 hours. Based on my own experience and reading all the reviews, I have little confidence in a good outcome. I hope for a good solution and that legal action is not necessary.

we had ordered a shower cabin. This turned out not to fit well afterwards. Jochem van Tegeldepot was thinking about a solution and immediately called the supplier and had found an alternative; a corner entry shower cabin with doors opening in and out. He was willing to exchange it without making it difficult. Smooth and friendly, top customer service !!!
Very accommodating with sending back well after the applicable period of 14 days. Great company!
2 shower enclosures ordered and a glass profile with ceiling support. The shower enclosures were well packaged, but the glass profile was carelessly packaged and arrived with a big dent. Tile deposit was not difficult and was easily accessible by telephone and email. 2 days later I had a new profile. A pity that you cannot finish the bathroom immediately and have to wait because articles are packaged so badly.
Part of our bathroom ordered here. What a difficult process, especially procedurally, things are not in order and you get problems with that as a customer. Just a selection from my experience:
Have a quote drawn up in the shop in Zeewolde. Was forgotten to perform a toilet combination. The seller indicates to rectify this immediately and to send us a correct offer. When we get home there is a completely different quote (from another customer!) In our mailbox. A 2nd correct offer will not be sent. So have to go after this yourself. Then placed an order for the parts that we would like to purchase from Tegeldepot. The delivery time was guaranteed, the seller assured us, so on the basis of this "guarantee" we have adjusted our complete renovation of the bathroom to the delivery period of Tegeldepot.
The carrier will then neatly deliver the order. He is not yet out the door (cannot check order yet) or Tegeldepot sends email with the text that the delivery is not complete. Couldn't this have been reported earlier? Finally, Tile Depot knew that they were going to send an incomplete order to the customer and there were still 2 working days between packing and delivery by the carrier. You would think it would be quite some time to inform the customer.
The residual delivery is then postponed up to 3x. Silly emails are sent with the text "Do you have a little patience?" while people do not realize that as a customer you are in the middle of the renovation and this is not pleasant if you also have small children walking around. Apart from the fact that a contractor and tiler also assumes that the delivery will be in accordance with the agreement. Nowadays people grow a lot, so the schedules of this kind of people are overcrowded.
Replies to email take at least 3 days, when you call you have to take into account that you are quickly on hold for half an hour to 45 minutes. If Tegeldepot finds it too busy yourself, you will receive a message that the connection is broken due to crowds and so you cannot reach anyone at all.
All in all, a lot of frustration and missed appointments. In the end I made a complaint (the above is only a part) and I would be personally called back by the head of the service department. Well, I had expected that call a few weeks ago. I have also made Tegeldepot liable for the extra costs incurred for the contractor and tiler. The compensation became a few tens, a fraction of the costs incurred and therefore actually a joke. The most stabbing thing is that Tile Depot has not even bothered to make sincere apologies for the frustrations that have arisen for me and my family. All in all, this is an experience in the line Once and never again. Unfortunately, I also see my experiences in reviews from other customers here, I have only been so negligent to check the reviews in advance. Then I would probably never have ordered here beforehand.
Believe me, customer service is really at 0 at this company. I was a loyal customer, despite the late deliveries and poor administration. But since it once went wrong with their administration and I returned my stuff, they pretend I'm the dork making the mistakes and I don't get anything back. While it is black on white that I have returned products.
Be very careful with this company, once you have money to offer they make false promises, but once you have a problem due to a mistake on their part, they are out for days, answer half of the questions, and start accusing you .

Purchased entire bathroom at Tegeldepot. Not being able to understand in advance that so much can go wrong and how important good and accessible customer service is. Just a summary now that I have been waiting for Customer Service for 45 minutes and have all the time:
Delivery: do not miss 3 packs of tiles and a shower hose that were on the delivery note. Due to corona, bathroom furniture would be delivered later. My furniture is delivered about 6 weeks later. Natural stone washbasin has a large crack which has been plastered away clumsily. Fortunately, we saw it on delivery, if you do not respond within 48 hours, it is your problem. Something I have heard regularly in all contacts with Tegeldepot. Unfortunately after 48 hours we found out that we had received a wrong rotating cabinet. We let our plumber fix it and it is not free. Because we had quality problems with the washbasin furniture, we also checked the natural stone wash bowl. You guessed it. Also cracks. 2nd sent. Also cracks. When installing the bathroom by the plumber, we find out that the wrong siphon has been delivered. But just to the store ... 30 minutes and 30 minutes back. Shower cubicle does not match the photo on the website. Turns out the picture on the website is not correct. Unfortunately already posted, not reported within 48 hours, so there is nothing we can do about it ... A strip on the shower cabin was not sprayed properly. Received a new one for that which my non-free plumber has to place again. The last irritation is that 1 of the taps is leaking. Customer service spoken -> we have to find out. Feedback by mail: you miss a tap. We do not miss a tap at all, have explained what the problem is. Just want a non-leaking tap.
Can only say: at the bottom you lose a lot more than with a respectable supplier. Plumber just can't finish it and comes across something every time. Some things I let the plumber solve. All in all, the costs for the plumber are getting out of hand.
Tile & Sanitary depot does not carry out an entry check and transfers the responsibility to the customer. If they do not submit a complaint within 48 hours, Tegeldepot cannot do anything to its suppliers and they do not want to cooperate or cooperate very badly. I give you to do if you renovate an entire house, you get some pallets with stuff to check everything thoroughly. It just doesn't work, but it has to, because Tegeldepot takes a very formal approach.
Customer Service is very difficult to reach. You will be on hold for about an hour before your turn. Then they often cannot deal with the problems immediately and you will only receive an email days later with an answer that you cannot do anything with.
Have now engaged my Legal Aid for the shower cabin. Can't be that you put a photo on the website and then deliver something else.
Buying from a Tile and Sanitary depot is an energy drain and you simply lose more money at the bottom of the line than from a respectable supplier.

When you have a question or complaint after a purchase, they no longer respond, only if you want to buy, they are there for you. So an urgent advice: look further! ... if you want normal service and warranty.
A must. I had ordered for toilet and bathroom items twice before, everything delivered on time for a good price. After a year it turned out that the adjustment mechanism of the wall-hung toilet was not working properly and that the tile depot was emailed. Return the same day by email, a new assembly set will be sent as a replacement. That is truly good service !!!
Do not respond or only after days, not reachable by phone, they always put you on hold, requesting a quote does not work. No service. Do not do business with it.
Super service for a good price. When ordering a fountain, I received a copy with damage to the sink, because a piece of stone had broken off. There is just an "order" to me from this company without me having ordered anything. I have not ordered anything but there is a shipment of this company in my post nl app. Very strange. Just had telephone contact with this company and I was promised to go find it out. In any case, I do not have to pay according to them. Just wait to see how this is handled.
Unfortunately the same incident happened twice. According to the website everything is in stock and is delivered the next day, but ultimately it appears that they have to get it from the supplier. They want to have the payment immediately of course.
It is misleading to make the customers believe that they receive their delivery the next day, while that can not be guaranteed (and therefore not). What can be delivered, is otherwise fine, hence still a second star.

Ordered shower enclosure that ultimately could not be placed. Nicely helped by the service people of tile depot. Product was finally picked up for 40euro which I think is very nice for a product of 200eur that was delivered for free.
3 days ago an order was placed for a rain shower, 2 washbasin taps, wash basins, shower drain and a shower enclosure. Everything could be delivered for free yesterday. I had also looked at a number of other sanitary stores, but tile deposit turned out to be the cheapest for almost all matte black items. I received a clear indication of the delivery time one day in advance and received a neat call half an hour before delivery. My experience with Tegeldepot is super!
A wide choice at a reasonable price BUT the service is very lousy. When you call, you are on hold for at least 15 minutes (that says something). You will only receive an answer to emails after 2 or 3 days. Ordering a part and delivering the correct item is not easy for them. Re-ordering parts from a set costs almost as much as a complete set. In short, I went to someone else because of a tile deposit I am not cheerful, in fact, very disappointed.
Products ordered but could not be delivered because DHL was still unable to deliver. I was helped quickly and friendly by Tegel & Sanitair Depot and they even ensured that the delivery was re-notified at no extra cost. Super service!
Super service. One of the cheaper stores and their service is really great! If you have ordered, you will receive a confirmation with a neat invoice. Then you will also be kept informed of when you can expect your order. The delivery driver was super polite and helpful too. And as the cream of the crop; I have not paid attention and find out after two weeks that something is not delivered (you can make mistakes from both sides). It was sent without any problems. Chronicle of a failing customer service from a tragically fraudulent company. 22/05/2020 order products - delivery 04/06/2020: 1 product OK, 2nd product not what was ordered but a similar product of much lower value. Error reported immediately. After many phone calls and emails, collection and correct delivery confirmed before 26/06/2020. Oh sorry, 26/06 will be 01/07/2020 sir . Oh sorry sir but 01/07/2020 will be 21/08/2020 : 91 days after the order. Why there is no more stock? According to the website, a new one can be delivered within 2 working days. But Tile Depot wants to collect the wrong delivery in the meantime and leave me without a product while they keep my payment in the meantime. FRAUDULENT!!!
