Ordered a toilet set well in advance. Would be delivered Friday so it can be assembled from the weekend. Unfortunately it was not on Friday, but also not on Saturday ... And I am still waiting for it, and now my handyman no longer has time for me ... Apparently they do not respond to mail at all ....

Up to 2 times a shower door bought in one and a half years, these are both with a huge bang and lots of damage broken, this happens according to Jeff van Tegeldepot never. 2 times large damage, nothing is reimbursed. Only a discount of 100 euros is offered on the 2nd door. Mails are no longer answered. conclusion ... bad chinese glass and ZERO service ... do not start!

After making a call to customer service, I first queued for half an hour and then M. answered the phone and hung up. No phone or an email with apologies back, while the next employee (and yes also 40 minutes in the queue) has indicated that she can see all my data using my phone number. Because they have outdated conditions, they can give themselves the right to withhold part of your purchase amount without actually making any sense. In our case, the original box was written (the items were returned in this) because the original box was no longer usable. As a result, 8 euros were withheld while a new box costs 20 cents. After having contact they did not want to cooperate at all. Very sorry that they have to earn their money like that.
A simple order for all tiles and plumbing for our bathroom. The delivery of this unfortunately appears to be a difficult task for Tegeldepot. At the moment we are still waiting for tiles and the costs are running because of the delay of the renovation. Meanwhile more than 30 mails further and certainly 20 times self-dialed (at least 20 minutes at a time).
Received a compensation after contact with customer service and the problem has been resolved. After this there was contact about a damaged furniture front, this was fortunately quickly and adequately solved.

Looked everywhere to matt black plumbing which was quickly available. Really 100 cases ended but nowhere in stock. Finally ended up at tile depot. Drain, taps, toilet roll holder toilet etc. everything from 1 series and could load it immediately and take it with us !!

A lot compared on the internet, but the prices of Tegeldepot are the most favorable. Eventually ordered bathroom and super satisfied from start to finish. Upon delivery I turned out not to have ordered a crane, but our installer really needed it. One of the directors on the line got this and he understood the problem. He then personally brought the tap at 11 p.m., while the shop was already closed at 5 p.m. and he had to drive for 30 minutes. I cannot say that I can recommend Teg Depot to anyone. Really never had such a good feeling left to a company

Order: is a breeze, total order did not give good insight what was actually ordered, so I mistedly ordered 2 sinks instead of the sink set of wiesbaden.
Unfortunately no bell from Tile depot or this was correct.
Delivery: several drivers would deliver the order I read Monday evening at 22:30, because of this I had to reserve a day off from my work.
Unfortunately, my 06 number was not used but my fixed number, so someone at home was forced to stay at home (while it was agreed to call my 06) and who called me again that the driver was on the road.
Eventually 6, yes SIX, drivers were needed to deliver the items, even one on Wednesday, three drivers had taken the trouble to call.
Delivery was also not correct, wrong sink cupboard wrong showerhead wrong shower door no finish showerhead and wrong info on the website regarding the sizes of the toilet.
Delivery so a disaster, hope mail and regular (retouneren) and after mail again not delivered on the agreed day but a day earlier, luckily someone was at home.
Now have an article here to retune (wrongly ordered), but do not you do that, I get a headache when I read the story again from the beginning.
VAT. 40 euros collection costs are charged for retiring, or you pay costs yourself.
I also sent this review to tile depot because they kindly asked for a review, but I think it is reasonable to share that with everyone.

I ordered slate skirting boards of 6 cm high with delivery date 11 November. Received the day after order notification that they were not in stock and that delivery will not take place earlier than December 1. If that did not work out, an alternative was suggested for skirting boards of 8 cm at the same price. TOP solution from Tile Depot. Were also very customer oriented and friendly. That is why they rightly receive 5 stars.

Bad customer service. Profile and cover profile glass wall delivered damaged, however, we will not receive a new cover profile. We take for granted that the profile in which the glass wall is attached is damaged because the cover profile covers it. However, we do not get a new one for the cover profile free of charge. Twice broken shower thermostat delivered so we lost 400 euros extra on plumbing costs, unfortunately nothing will be done if you email the situation. Better simply order somewhere where they have quality products.

Shower cubicle ordered at Tile depot, this was delivered by a deliverer who had to lift a package of 49kg on his own. After the help of a passerby, the package manages to get out of the car. Then the thermostat tap that I picked up myself in Den Bosch because of my day off. Then the correct mounting material for the crane is missing. After having e-mailed about this I would receive an answer within 48 hours. However, nothing has been heard for 6 weeks now. Worthless!
I drove 1h to the showroom, to find out that the tiles that I wanted to see are not there. On the website it said that they are available in the showroom, but the salesman apologized that the info is not accurate. Call before you go in person if you want to see something specific.

Very bad service. The supplied glasses did not fit because of the wrong dimensions (and was a poor quality). I sent an email about the return but no one responded. Friendly customer service, after something went wrong with our order, it was immediately canceled and we could order again, fine! We bought a shower enclosure here that comes free of charge and the kitchen wall tiles were a lot cheaper than other companies where we saw the same tiles.

Waited at home all day. No delivery. After telephone contact, an email will be sent that it can be delivered approximately 2.5 wks. Take it or leave it. No alternative no excuse nothing. I think they are doing too well.
A few weeks ago I visited the showroom in Zeewolde with my husband. Our expectations were not very high as the prices on the internet are very low and they advertise with outlet. To our surprise, we arrived in a well-kept showroom and we were expertly helped by a salesman who, in addition to the good help in terms of design, also knew a lot about the technical aspects. Finally, after our 2nd visit, we decided to continue with the previously requested quote.
Everything was neatly delivered on the agreed date. When we found out 2 months after delivery that our sink in the toilet just didn't fit properly, we were able to return it without a hassle, and the amount was already on our account after 2 days.

Ordered the entire interior for the bathroom, about 25 items. Especially Hotbath. Three-quarters arrived damaged.
We had to return many items 3 times because it was damaged again. Packaging is often not original and has often been visibly opened.
Just before the idea of a soap dispenser costs 164 euros, so in my opinion this can come in without scratches.
It seems as if they are forwarding returns again, until someone might not mind the scratches. Also received the wrong color several times or a house brand instead of the ordered brand.
Every time you get 2 to 3 items that can be returned in part within 48 hours.
The service simply does not respond to different mail. And telephone contact is at least a half hour wait.
After 9 months I finally have the right items. Hopefully the last credit will also come ...
We have ordered sanitary facilities for bathroom and toilet from Tegeldepot. Delivery was not quite right at the beginning, but this has been resolved nicely. Contact via email went quickly and clearly. We had ordered well in time, so that we only started the actual installation after a few months. We then found out that there was not enough space for one toilet. We were able to return these without any problems and we have received a smaller model for this.
We did find out that there was one article twice on the site, of which once for the double price (under a different brand name). This immediately indicated.
Overall happy with the service and prices.

Delivery of tiles delayed, heard nothing on the delayed date and no delivery. The WRONG tiles were delivered a week later. Called and 2 days later new delivery of WEATHER the wrong tiles. The people are all very nice, but they are difficult to reach (you are caller number 16, thank you for your patience) and this delay of 3 weeks (!) Is really not acceptable.
Ordering is easy, but if you have to return something it will be very difficult for you. Customer service is slow to respond and sometimes incomplete.
Shower cubicle purchased from them, installed, but just jumped. Tile deposit does nothing at all here.

more than 2 years ago our bathroom was renovated with tiles and sanitary ware from the tile and sanitary depot. Including a very nice black shower faucet.
After 2 years, unfortunately, the paint starts to peel off on some areas. An email for advice was answered very quickly and after sending a photo of the "damage", we received a completely new black shower tap. That's service

Already placed an order in September. I knew there would be a long delivery time, but we were still in the renovation. Eventually there was a partial delivery and a subsequent delivery had to take place. That was just possible so that the contractor could finish the bathroom. I already had the shipping confirmation in my email when I was contacted. No article, they forgot to order (waited 3 months). I could cancel or order something else. Hello, it is a partial delivery, so it belongs somewhere! It is not complete now. Then it would be February 14, 2020. Honestly I was done with it including the customer service there, not really accommodating. I tacked because I wanted everything complete and one unit. The same day, oh excuse, it will be March 25, 2020. So I can wait six months in total for my delivery. Once and never Tile Depot.
Update 04-06-2020: You guessed it, still have my order incomplete. After emailing back and forth (with a sneer from Tegeldepot; We already informed you about the delivery time) I just received the following email: Thank you for the order. Unfortunately, our supplier has announced that he does not have the item in stock, which is why your order was never shipped. Apologies for this. They now despise stock again from August 31; can you wait so long for this?

Items are delivered via different carriers because they are sent directly from suppliers.
Not a bad thing in itself, but this is a bit messy for the customer.
The shower enclosure that we had canceled was paid back nicely soon, but there was still a large truck in the street with the shower enclosure today.
Administratively, things are not working smoothly at Tegeldepot.
We missed, and still miss, a hook on our shower drain so that you can remove the grid to clean the filter.
The employee said that it actually makes no sense to try to send a parenthesis because it would be lost during transport and that it would be best to work in the warehouse to see if there is still a parenthesis.

Empty promises are made about delivery several times.
My shower cabin was supposed to be delivered May 8. However, this is not the case and I have not received a warning about this. Then I am told that my order is still on the boat in China and no new date can be given.
I was allowed to choose an alternative, which was then delivered within 5 days. But after ordering the alternative, it is said that it can also be delivered at the end of May. After being in a 40 minute telephone queue for the 3rd time, I was told that my first order could still be delivered May 11 because these had already arrived in the Netherlands. Because it turns out ... the supplier is simply located in Belgium instead of China.
Then I receive an email that I have been misinformed and that the order really cannot be delivered because it is not in the Netherlands again. I was allowed to look for an alternative again. I did that and with an additional 175 euros to pay as this is a more expensive variant, I was promised that it will really be delivered on May 11. However, on May 11 nothing was delivered and I sacrificed another day off for nothing.
After another 30 minutes on the phone I was told that my delivery has fallen and therefore has damage and therefore cannot be delivered. So there would have to be ordered again and then there could be delivered in week 21. I asked for photo evidence of the damage, which gave me a fuzzy photo of a plastic cardboard box on the floor. (Where the date of May 1 is clearly visible, while on May 11 is only asked for a photo) I then call the transport company for answers, but they said that there is no package at all for Rotterdam (the delivery place).

Bought 2 stainless cranes, the head (handle) of which rusted after a relatively short time. Initially, the producer indicated that this was due to poor maintenance, without knowing exactly what was going on. In the end they solved this quickly and well at Tegeldepot and I got two new ones. Top!
Great help from the people in the sale. I was able to find what I needed and I was well advised. When I finally bought it, it turned out that the floor tile that I wanted was sold out. A pity, yet they have found a solution and can deliver the tiles. When delivering the wall tile, a box turned out to have a lot of breakage and was immediately reported to Tegeldepot and they indicated that they could immediately send a box! Checked if it was necessary and first processed the tiles, when it turned out that there was not enough, within 24 hours a nw. box delivered! TOP!

Two toilet seats ordered. Both received damaged. Waiting two weeks for new toilet seats, only one arrives. Wait another two weeks for the second toilet seat to be damaged again. In the meantime we have been waiting for a month. They no longer answer the phone, they reply by email after 10 days .. That says enough for sure?
We have very good experiences with Tile & Sanitary Depot. We had purchased bathroom parts in December 2015. Due to circumstances we could only start the bathroom in November 2016. Then the design radiator turned out to be slightly crooked. Called, photo e-mailed and a new design radiator brought to the door a week later. Another brand, because the other was no longer available, better and more expensive one. Perfect service.

I ordered something yesterday on Tuesday because the delivery dates change every time. Called yesterday at 2 p.m. when my goods are being delivered today would happen this morning to my surprise this did not happen despite the promise.
