Very Impressed. After purchasing a phone, Justin called back a few days later to say that they had overcharged me by R500 for the phone I bought. They have refunded the money to my account.
Definitely recommend them!

NEW PHONE FROM THIS SHOP was BLACKLISTED by MTN on account of fraud. MTN told me the way this was blocked happens when stolen goods are sold. I contacted the shop several times and spoke to several people of which Yannick is one. After begging them to get back to me to no avail I decided to inform people about what happened.

Not an approved retailer so expect less than exciting policies

The store manager has no customer service whatsoever. Customer was having an issue with his card in-store and the card was declining even though he was entering the correct PIN. Once the issue was finally resolved by the bank, the manager refused to let the customer transact. No customer service or empathy towards customers who are having trouble with their card which is not their fault. Appalling behavior!

Great in store service. The guys are very friendly and helpful. The WhatsApp service is not great. If you waited for their response, you might loose out on a deal. I'd call the store directly for speedy response

My first time visiting the place. A bit hard to find but well worth the visit. Friendly staff made sure I got what I needed. It's very quaint.

Prices offered for your stuff better than cash crusaders. Just make sure when buying as new or new if not sealed because found that it was extensively used as new and new yes condition good but not new as it was used already so second hand false advertising should rather say used or second hand as good as new.

Such a great spot it's clean small and petit they got all you need. They don't fix stuff though.

Dealt with the Tecshop over a few sales. And always a great experience, chaps who know their stuff and give great value in return. Makes you realise that the larger retail stores maybe miss out on the quality of service that the Tecshop is able to provide. Definitely recommended.

Great service and super willing to help. Bought new phone and charging cable stopped working. Replaced immediately without questions with new charger and an additional cable for free.

After I found a device I was interested in on Gumtree I was late to the shop by the seller on arrival they didn't have the phone that I was interested in try telling me something else. Good service is a Felicia here
