Our law office had been a customer of a competitor for several years prior to reaching the end of our rope and moving over to Technocom. Our new copier was installed one week ago. From the sales process with Dan Skinner and Michael Smith, to the installation with William Montgomery, to the dedicated training with Babette Martin, the entire process has been seamless! I'm updating my review!!! We are told one thing when being sold this new machine that does everything my old system does but i can effectively use my server again instead of having to use the business machine as a server (that shouldn't ever be done, Sales person's words however the companies IT department set it up that way! Also I wouldn't lose any of the work i scanned through to day I lost 2 weeks of work backing up almost a whole year of records and it deletes them before I can Move and Save them!!!) over all not really happy with these people any more! we are family owned company and treat you that way these people just tell you what you want to hear to sell you something!!!

Technocom sent out Dwayne to fix my machine, he found the problem, we replaced the parts and her got me running again. I am so thankful for Technocom and glad to be a customer from the moment I purchase the printer...a total positive experience.

He has been serving our business for a number of years now and he is always so friendly, listens to our concerns and takes care of what we need to make our office and business more efficient. He is always friendly and professional. We are always appreciative in all that he does for us. I also cannot say enough about our rep. Nisha. She is amazing! We can call he anytime we are in need of anything and she makes it happen with as little down time as possible for us as she knows how busy our business stays. We have a problem, she resolves it! Alan Burns and his team have been extremely helpful with their customer service and we couldn't be happier as a client. We just received our new copier from Technocom. The delivery and set up was very easy and fast. Technocom tech support and sales staff have also followed up with us several times to make sure everything is running smoothly. We are happy with the new copier and are glad we made the switch.

The Park Church has been partnering with Technocom to fulfill our printing and copier needs, as well as our desktop computing needs for nearly two years now. The transition to another partner could not have been any more seamless! The attention to details that the team of professionals displays has been wonderful.

The knowledgeable and friendly staff have been a pleasure to work with and have gone beyond the call of duty to make sure that our administrative staff and volunteers had the training needed to be productive day to day.

We were sold exactly what is needed for our company to grow. The forward thinking sales team actually informed us that some the equipment that we were looking to purchase wouldn't be a wise investment for our company, even though it would have benefitted Technocom to sell us on the equipment that offered more.

Finally, Technocom is a company that cares! They care about their customers and about the relationships that are developed during the process of selecting the solutions that work best for that particular customer. In the day of the quick sale, it's refreshing to know that there is a company like Technocom that lives by the motto "we stand by my our work."

When dealing with a brand new vendor, you don't know how much to believe when you first meet with them. Because of a lack of experience with the vendor, trust is an issue initially. This issue can only be solved by an established track record. We moved our business to Technocom several months ago. I chose to trust the sales person, Chris Caggiano. He didn't disappoint me. Everything Chris told me came true. He didn't tell me lies to get me to sign on the dotted line. Instead, he listened to me. As we have grown, our needs have changed. Chris figured out a plan that would work for my company and he and his Team implemented the plan flawlessly. We now have two business hubs instead of one, essentially for the same price we were paying our former vendor. My decision to trust Chris and Technocom was not misplaced

service. Our company was in desperate need of a new copy machine. Ours was outdated but we were still under contact. I thought we would be stuck in a bad situation until our old contact was up. That was until I met with Technocom's Territory Account Manager, Amber Bledsoe. She really took the time to get to know what we do so she could find a copier and service agreement to meet all of our needs. She also provided us with a personalized and detailed cost comparison and was even able to save us money by upgrading. We couldn't be more happier with the outcome. The switch was painless and there was absolutely no downtime. Miguel was swift and knowledgeable with delivery of the new machine and removal of the old one. William the IT Tech came in a got everyone set up quickly and efficiently. Once we were set up the Productive Office Trainer, Babette Martin came in and gave the entire office a thorough training on the new copier and showed us how to work all the new bells and whistles. I can see why they are the official business partner of the Charlotte Hornets! They are the absolute best and their company should be proud of the customer service their employees provide. I would confidently recommend them to anyone.

Our office just received an instillation from Technocom. Miguel, Luis, and Jemel were very efficient, professional, and friendly. The trio made me and the provider laugh during the set-up of my printer. They also guided us with how to operate the printer at which, we felt comfortable in using the equipment afterwards. Worked with Technocom over 10 years. Have had nothing but exceptional service. Tracey has been our account rep for the majority of this time and is also exceptional. Very responsive, friendly and professional. Never had a problem getting a service tech out quickly when issues arrive. Andy has predominately been our service tech and is delightful. William has helped with the more difficult IT tasks and is also a breath of fresh air - extremely knowledgeable. Never have to think about toners, overall just a pleasure to do business with.

Great customer service from this company. When I place a request for assistance or make an order, I get an immediate response for confirmation of the order or assistance. When I have questions, someone provides me clarity, which is very helpful. It also appears that all employees are happy to speak with customers, which makes conducting business a whole lot easier. Dianna Deason with Technocom is such an awesome representative! CCT was able to get new copiers and printers for our agency and save money at the same time. She made sure the installation of the equipments was easy and not disruptive to our work setting. Dianna is easy to get in touch with. She responds to texts, phone calls and emails, which makes me feel at ease when we have issues or concerns.
CCT also purchased a SmartBoard through Dianna with Technocom and it may be one of the most exciting equipment we have on site. Thank you Dianna!

Last week our Kyocera copier had an issue with a broken plastic clip affecting the operation of the paper tray. A call was made to Technocom, requesting a service call to repair the copier. On the same day as the call, Greg Walters came and diagnosed the broken part and communicated his availability to return and install the new part. He returned with the proper part and installed it in the time he communicated the job would require. Greg is consistently kind, friendly and extremely proficient in keeping our copier running smoothly. He is a great representative of your company. Thank you to all of you for your kind service and prompt responses to give assistance!

We love Technocom and we highly recommend them! We started doing business with Technocom in 2016. We are a large Ford, Subaru & Roush dealership in Gastonia. Tracey Phillips is our representative and we have found she always finds the perfect product for us. She has a wealth of knowledge about and experience with the car business and has provided us with tips and advice specific to our unique needs. We started out by getting 2 copiers just to test the waters and have since purchased several printers for different departments and uses.
