When dealing with a brand new vendor, you don't know how much to believe when you first meet with them. Because of a lack of experience with the vendor, trust is an issue initially. This issue can only be solved by an established track record. We moved our business to Technocom several months ago. I chose to trust the sales person, Chris Caggiano. He didn't disappoint me. Everything Chris told me came true. He didn't tell me lies to get me to sign on the dotted line. Instead, he listened to me. As we have grown, our needs have changed. Chris figured out a plan that would work for my company and he and his Team implemented the plan flawlessly. We now have two business hubs instead of one, essentially for the same price we were paying our former vendor. My decision to trust Chris and Technocom was not misplaced
