Last week our Kyocera copier had an issue with a broken plastic clip affecting the operation of the paper tray. A call was made to Technocom, requesting a service call to repair the copier. On the same day as the call, Greg Walters came and diagnosed the broken part and communicated his availability to return and install the new part. He returned with the proper part and installed it in the time he communicated the job would require. Greg is consistently kind, friendly and extremely proficient in keeping our copier running smoothly. He is a great representative of your company.
