service. Our company was in desperate need of a new copy machine. Ours was outdated but we were still under contact. I thought we would be stuck in a bad situation until our old contact was up. That was until I met with Technocom's Territory Account Manager, Amber Bledsoe. She really took the time to get to know what we do so she could find a copier and service agreement to meet all of our needs. She also provided us with a personalized and detailed cost comparison and was even able to save us money by upgrading. We couldn't be more happier with the outcome. The switch was painless and there was absolutely no downtime. Miguel was swift and knowledgeable with delivery of the new machine and removal of the old one. William the IT Tech came in a got everyone set up quickly and efficiently. Once we were set up the Productive Office Trainer, Babette Martin came in and gave the entire office a thorough training on the new copier and showed us how to work all the new bells and whistles. I can see why they are the official business partner of the Charlotte Hornets! They are the absolute best and their company should be proud of the customer service their employees provide. I would confidently recommend them to anyone.
