She really took the time to get to know what we do so she could find a copier and service agreement to meet all of our needs. She also provided us with a personalized and detailed cost comparison and was even able to save us money by upgrading. We couldn't be more happier with the outcome. Once we were set up the Productive Office Trainer, Babette Martin came in and gave the entire office a thorough training on the new copier and showed us how to work all the new bells and whistles.
