The (non-) medical doctors of the MDK judge according to documents and have the medically necessary therapy prescription of my doctors, which know me partly for over 10 years, back.
Important diagnoses are deliberately not taken into account or overread!
It is important to know that the MDK does not decide, but only acts as an advisor. Decides does the health insurance itself.
Here you go over dead bodies! Because, according to MDK, I have the gold standard, i. I can not tolerate CPAP therapy because of another strain, so I am now without therapy!
Even a preliminary examination for an operation is not paid!
Animals in Germany are treated better and more directly than humans!
The TK was a good health insurance 20 years ago. But today it lives up to your name! You get sick here and not healthy!

The contact to the branch in my area is absolutely great! The staff are nice and committed ... the way it should be (that justifies a star). Everything that goes through the headquarters has been a disaster so far!
My conclusion: The Techniker is unsuitable for working families with children! In every relationship. E.g. the (preventive) pregnancy benefits are insufficient.
I think the "best" thing, however, is that certain applications have to be requested by telephone. The "nice" lady on the phone uses the opportunity to "ask" someone over the phone. reasons for a rejection are being searched for here:
In the rejection was almost literally the reason that the "nice" lady told me on the phone. And that although I have never given certain information in writing!
That is absolutely the bottom drawer. In addition, the cancellation by post was simply ignored.
