My illness history spans a total of seven years. Fortunately not continuously, but always with the same clinical picture. The past two years have been free of symptoms, no signs of the past clinical picture. Unfortunately, these have dominated my body again for the past few weeks. The employer and the TK doubt my illness or the inability to work and have instructed the MDK to assess my inability to work.
The Techniker Krankenkasse assumes that I am faking my illness, which is an absolute mental injury to me as an insured and sick person. I presented the current health situation to the health insurance company in a well-documented manner and was not in the health version to take the appointment commissioned by the TK-MDK assessment. This was rejected without understanding and the obligation to cooperate as an insured was pointed out.
This lack of understanding and, above all, the pretense of not pretending to be ill is a downright cheek and testifies to an unprofessional business conduct. For the benefit of the insured or patient, it looks clearly different.
