Teamvantage is a company that one would not want to work for, especially if an ethnic minority. The managers, leaders, and onsite staffing coordinator are biased toward ethnic minorities. Ethnic minorities can feel the discrimination from their manager, leader, onsite coordinator, and coworkers. They will do and come up with anything to get a minority out of the company as quickly as possible. This is a company that does not value its employees, believe in equality, and live by the fair labor standards. This is displayed by the tasks and duties assigned. Also, Teamvantage is a company that does not offer growth and advancement opportunities, especially to ethnic minorities. The staffing company used while working at Teamvantage has openings with Teamvantage a lot more often than any other client company. Given these facts and observations, it was determined that the tenure with Teamvantage was going to be short and that it was not a good company for which to work. Losing a position at Teamvantage is no pain or major loss, given the hostile work environment and conditions, company mission, vision and values, lack of support, teamwork, respect, and communication, and ineffective management. Teamvantage, like most individuals and companies, does not practice what it preaches. Don't believe the hype.
