Everyone that I've met that works there has a glowing personality. People always seem genuinely happy to be there. Conversations are open and honest. They never leave any room for confusion. The team runs like a well oiled machine. The President is a Gem. I've never worked with a more competent team and I have over 10 years customer service experience.

Just giving my honest opinion. I worked here for all of 3 months and trust me, this experience was a life lesson. I came from a completely different industry where I learned proper employee treatment, communication skills, labor laws and EEO. I wanted to become a recruiter because I knew I could help someone find placement, I thought I was actually helping people find careers.
When I started at Tech USA, I was told my salary as a corporate recruiter would be $36,000 w/ uncapped commission. That breaks down weekly to about $537 weekly. We were in office from 8am - 5:30pm daily (M-F) with a 1 hour break. I enjoyed my colleagues and peers but my issue was solely with management.
As a corporate recruiter, we were responsible for utilizing job boards to reach out to potential candidates and get them hired within the company. Some cities were definitely harder than others to find what the company was looking for. Day by day, I personally would let the Director of Talent Acquisition I was having some road blocks. I would be told to "figure it out" or "you're holding the team up" versus actually assisting me with my issues. It was to the point where I was literally scared to open my mouth about issues I would be having. I began to lose motivation very quickly because higher management would act as if I was beneath them or literally dumb. To have a "spot" at this company, you need to have a degree and 1-5 years of work experience. I have 2 degrees and felt as if I was not human. If you do not like to kiss a**, this job will not be for you. Coming to Tech USA, I felt so small and I just had to go. My mental health was definitely pressured during my time here.
Let me add, If you do not meet your metrics daily, you will be bought into a room to meet with the Director of Talent Acquisition. She will pretty much ask you what's goin on but will not give you any literal advice on how to overcome whatever road block you're having. I was told "If you do not get those numbers up, we're going to have to reconsider this situation".. I quit a week or so later because I really felt pressured to do so.
If you're looking to work here, be prepared to feel small. Good luck.
Employees are awesome and they actually care about your well being. Downside is everyone that actually cares was essentially booted out the door. As well if you d like to take a walk back into the 1990 s ways of doing things I highly recommend working here. Unlimited potential.
Government Solutions team is phenomenal. If you are in IT and work in the gov sector highly recommend. This is a division that has it figured out down to a t .
Do not work at the millersville office. It is chaotic at best. Horrible turnover and retention rate. Horrible work environment. Horrible managers who are both bad at managing their employees and their clients. They micromanage you to death yet dont do their own jobs. You will not make more than your base here and you will not enjoy working here. The people on the floor are awesome and its unfortunate that the managers suck so bad. They fire someone/someone quits literally evey week. They blame recruiters for their poor management and they lack communication. They treated us horribly and the CEOs never seem to notice or care. They definitley do not value employees in the slightest- they just need a couple bodies in there. Beware of lauren milligan, melissa galaz, and even nikki kapp.....
