Horrible customer service, left 3 voicemails with zero call back and emailed as well. Paid $80.00 worth of merchandise over a month ago and have not received it.
EDIT: finally someone answer the customer service number and the best they could do is send an email to their IT department to figure out what s going on. Ridiculous company.

We had a great experience with Teddy Bear Portraits! The photographer was very patient with our little ones (infants through 4-year-old preschool age children) and clearly explained the order preview and processing to our families. They absolutely loved the photos!

Very EXPENSIVE, HORRIBLE pictures. This is the first time our preschool has used this company. I paid $50 for an 8x10 and 2 5x7 pictures. We received the proofs and noticed they appeared blurry but thought it was due to electronic transmission and/or a "watermark" of some kind to prevent people from pirating the images. When we received the order in the mail and they were still horribly blurry. Very unhappy! I could take better pictures with a 35mm. And from the reviews I'm now reading I don't anticipate stellar customer service. I tried calling yesterday and was caller #64. When I called again this morning I was informed that the customer care call hours are only M-Th 11a - 3pm EST. At this point, I just want my money back and I'll take my own photos. Very disappointing as the prior photographer the school used was wonderful.

I am a director at a Christian Daycare and we had schedule to take pictures a month before our actual day. We had it set up on Monday 11/4/2019 at 8 am. Well to my dismay the photographer never showed up. We were suppose to take pictures for 50 kids along with a few family members that were waiting with their children . When I called they lied and said they left a voicemail and an email because the photographer had the flu. I never received any call nor did I have an email.I had talked to several people who could not give me an explanation to why no one showed up. I finally got through to the Manager , she stated that the reason why no one showed up is because they flew in the photographer from Texas and fed-ex never delivered the equipment. How bogus is that. They promised to call back and reschedule but I will not count on it because they lied about calling from the beginning. They have not only did bad business but the integrity of this company is disheartening! I will not advise anyone to use this company you never know what your gonna get.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO HAVE PICTURES DONE!!! THIS NOT ONLY HAPPENED ONCE BUT HAPPENED FOR THE SECOND TIME IN A ROW!!! MY SON WAS SCHEDULED FOR PICTURES BOTH TIMES AT HIS DAY CARE. I ORDERED ALMOST $100 WORTH OF PHOTOS. ALMOST 3 MONTHS LATER AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PHOTOS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A MESS. THEY CLAIM THEY HAD SENT THE PICTURES AGAIN AND AGAIN. NEVER RECEIVED THE PHOTOS. AFTER EVERYTHING I'VE BEEN THROUGH, I FEEL LIKE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, AND IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE LESS THAN A ONE I WOULD BE HAPPY TO DO IT. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH!

We scheduled to do our daycare. Got all the info. Confirmed with photographer. Got the email from TB the day before to remind us they would be there the next day... they did not show up!!! We had 45 kids dressed and ready for pics! Plus.... they would not return a call or email. Still have no idea why they did not show! So disappointing!!!
