Now Team ops is requiring all Team Ops associates to take 3 level module classes and after completion it doesn't provide an increase in pay. Team Ops doesn't pay at the rate of a fair compensation. The COO recently departed the company and Team Ops isn't replacing his position in the near future. This opens up available money, some of it is going to associates in Hr, Senior director, Command Center, Module trainer etc. They're getting incentive bonus opportunities, as team ops security isn't getting a raise or incentive bonuses. Stay away from Team Ops until they provide a raise for all associates.
