This place is closed and very poor response from vatika. Apparently as per the market news builder has no money and Is unable to complete its projects. Looks like they are running away as they have stopped all email ID, no body responds on phone and if you try to visit their office then CRM offices are closed.
Present time Vatika Group is a trustworthy Organisation. His every project is not ready in his timebound time. So it is very frustrating situation of his investors.

I have a commercial place in one of their prime towers which has been lying vacant for the last one year!
So I've lost rental for a year & further now the company refuses to take any initiative to rent it out thereby loss of income & also their lax & aggressive attitude towards investors is very painful.
And now they have put all maintenance charges into my account!!
If I want to speak to them no one is willing to share their mobile numbers leave alone talk politely!!
