Good to know these guys organize events between inmates

They provide very good infrastructure for your business and your office. Also, their services are quite good.

Good location near by Metro station. My work place.

Situated at a very good location. Metro is few steps away. Place surrounded by Malls and shoppong complexes. Number of ATMs are there. Housekeeping staff is very polite and helpful. But getting a large number seats is a bit difficult. Overall a nice place to work.

Absolutely classy work place. Very very well maintained. Has multiple offices but you never feel a crunch of resources .. Like lift canteen washroom etc

Vatika staff and their CRM staff only knows how to make you wait for hours and delay your work for months. Dissaponting management. They are only quick to correspond when money is to be taken. Our possession and registry happened after countless visits andbhours of waiting.

They don't pick your calls. That don't respond to your emails. Terrible.

Vatika is fraud and cheater company, They take all your money and later when your bank is about to give you loan they don t provide NOC to Bank. So, now I am nowhere. It s been three months I paid all the money except home loan but flat is still not mine. Never buy a flat from Vatika. Full fraud

Vatika are a well knows name in the market specially in Gurgaon/ Gurugram, Haryana.

They are very strict about maintenance of all their properties. A digital visitors entry was also a nice and innovative way to enter their premises.

Looks nice from outside. But there is no life inside. All machine like humans working on computers

This place is basically for corporate companies, as this is business centre for small and middle companies to setup their businesses, environment around it is quite peaceful and clean, parking is paid, this is not high-rise building 10 to 14 floors, lots of organization is there, and the main thing is this it is near by main sohna road , mall, big bazar, shopping center, u can get auto very frequently, lots of people working there in different-2 organization.......... There are lots of building and companies around it.

Never trust vatika. I have booked a flat in 2009. No construction at all. Like me there are thousands from vatika took money and suffering

Most harrowing and worst ever experience.
Have been investor with vatika for the past 8-10 years but since Mr. Sumit ARora has taken over as their CRM head it is in doldrums.
The CRM team refuses to connect to the reception. Mr. Bhalla please know that we have put in money with the company. And if people like sumit arora handle your crm very soon your company will be in doldrums . He has no clue about anything. Even after the accounts team person agreeing to following wrong practice for depositing tds your crm team refuse to rectify the or resolve the matter

Worked here for a year. Nice building. Coriander leaf is a must try if you're around.
