I've had a very bad experience with this company.
I have a commercial place in one of their prime towers which has been lying vacant for the last one year!
So I've lost rental for a year & further now the company refuses to take any initiative to rent it out thereby loss of income & also their lax & aggressive attitude towards investors is very painful.
And now they have put all maintenance charges into my account!!
If I want to speak to them no one is willing to share their mobile numbers leave alone talk politely!!
So anyone thinking of buying new property with them please be aware that they are no different from the other equally irresponsible builders who have cheated on the common people of this country.
