Avoid the online shop! Catastrophic customer service.

Here is a small outline of my experience:

17.06 Order Sidebord (delivery in 2 boxes, price 249, - )
20.06 Message from Tchibo that it came to the damage during transport with the question of whether I wish replacement.
25.06 Delivery of a box from the damaged cargo.
25.06 I asked for the replacement.
29.06 Delivery of the replacement, also damaged.
29.06 Report the damage with please to pick up the 3 boxes.
30.06 Confirmation of pickup by Tchibo.
08.07 Demand of the pick-up date, as no notification of the forwarding took place.
08.07 Email from Tchibo with the phone number of the forwarding company and the request to call it yourself.
16.07 Number of the forwarding company wrong. Message to Tchibo.
18.07 Complaint that I will not receive a return of Tchibo.
18.07 call Tchibo. Employee apologizes and promises to arrange the pickup and send as a clearance free coffee capsules. (Unfortunately did not fit into my Nesspresso)
19.07 Collection of 2 boxes announced for a weekday between 08 and 18 o'clock.
21:07 I shared a more detailed period and asked if two consignment numbers for three boxes are enough. (Email was left unanswered)
22.07 Collection of two boxes.
27.07 Confirmation of the return of 2 boxes (2 * P1)
27.07 Due to great frustration in an email the assumption expressed that the coworkers can not count on three and still a box with bulky waste with me in the way lies around. It also announced a lawyer to consult.

Meanwhile I have the idea that the order of a sideboard led to a room in Tschibo in the Umpalumpas discussing the philosophical meaning of a box and then to contact me in some years to give me the result -or alternatively the Sense of life.

First to the assortment. The goods were so far perfect. I would be worth 4 stars. But unfortunately the service did not make it ...

I have ordered a Pinolino nursery online. As delivery conditions are on the website with "delivery free space of use". Say it is delivered to the room where it is needed.
In my case it was unfortunately not done. The whole range has been put down. I (pregnant and alone) should now drag the parts, which are made of solid wood, alone in the 2nd OG. On telephone request what that is, I have 20 EUR offered. Whatever I should do with it at the moment ?! For inquiries by e-mail with the request for clarification, since the terms of the contract were not respected, came no feedback. By the way, the 20 EUR has never existed .. haha. Oh yes, the shipping company has called and wants to have the pallet back or I should pay this. So service -10 star people.

I really enjoy ordering from the Tchibo online shop. Most of the time the quality of the products is also quite good, but unfortunately not always, therefore 1 star deduction. Returns and refunds go smoothly.

Tchibo, as a large company, should actually be aware of its dimensional responsibility when it comes to sustainability and animal welfare, and I am sure I can take a lot of people with me!
Tschibo offers Kashmir, which "always" requires massive cruelty to animals, the pictures in this regard are almost unbearable. It is also a fact that down mainly comes from brutal live plucking, which certificates can never completely rule out. It is also known that leather does not have to be a waste product, but that specifically "only for leather", millions of animals of all kinds die, including "dogs and cats!"
Hello Tchibo, many well-known fashion houses and designers deliberately do without it. Participate !!!
Any justification in this regard is obsolete!

TCHIBO has reacted and restructured many products and largely dispensed with animal suffering.
