Taylor Management has been our management company for 13 years and they get an A+ for effort. My Property Manager and Administrator are exceptional. Very happy and satisfied with their service.

Taylor Management truly is an amazing company with an amazing heart. what they have been able to provide to our organization, year round is absolutely amazing, and it is absolutely clear they truly care about our mission, and the children who we service.

Maria Oliveira is also a please to work with, as she is the person i work directly through to coordinate various drives through out the year. Maria is always making sure that our children have all that they need, and she is always looking for new ways for the company to contribute.

Such a wholesome and well-rounded company over all.

I am a vendor who provides services to several of Taylor's properties. I am quite pleased with my dealings with the managers at Taylor as well as their accounting staff. In particular, my interactions with Maria O. in accounts payable have been especially pleasant; she is always ready to assist me when the need arises. Good people to deal with as a vendor. I give them an "A" rating.

I only gave them 1 star because I had to. Worse management company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unprofessional and do nothing to help. There answer to everything is always just deal with it. I'm not sure how they are still in business or who taught these individuals customer service, but hopefully they get the proper training one of these days. .

I would like to commend Lisa Bateman for the outstanding job she has been doing for our community. The professionalism and attention she has applied to many of our issues is greatly appreciated. Her knowledge of our complex and her calm demeanor in handling the residents issues is credit to her interpersonal qualities. She addresses all of our concerns, researches solutions to our problems and follows thru to complete all tasks.

I'm so furious. I've been here over 2 years and paid my dues every month via auto pay option. It was nice until I get a letter in the mail saying that I'm 3 months behind. Apparently they changed banking systems and I was never notified. They also raised the dues, yet again...

Lisa is an outstanding representative of Taylor - conscientious, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. Moreover she takes her responsibilities very seriously and there is 100% follow through and she has excellent common sense as well. She is a joy to work with and an asset to Taylor. I commend her for appropriate recognition.

SHODDY PERFORMANCE!

We are selling a condo in a Taylor managed community. Our buyer's mortgage is being held up because, despite daily attempts by the mortgage company for more than a week to get legal documents, no response has been forthcoming. Now, here it is, the Friday before Christmas five minutes before closing time, I've called Gale Braunstein, the regional vice president for our area, three times today with increasingly urgent requests for a call. Nothing! How hard is it to return a phone call? How hard is it to email a document???

Pretty unlikely we will close before the end of the year, isn't it? This will cost another month of property taxes (!), HOA fees and utilities. And lots of anxiety for us and our buyer. Merry Christmas, Taylor Management.

It s unfortunate that Taylor management doesn t know how to manage, return phone calls, answer emails or deal with any of the ongoing issues at the Holmdel Reserve. All 40 homeowners agree and we can t wait to get rid of them. Any positive reviews are obviously fake. You ve been forewarned should you hire them.

My company has worked with Taylor for years. As a service provider, it is so important to establish a solid relationship with the Management company. Everyone is so helpful and professional from the on-site teams, to the back office staff and upper management. Not only are they easy to work with, they make an effort to get to know our teams personally and are never hesitant to call us if there is a question or concern. The open communication is invaluable to a company like ours.

My neighborhood was falling apart and it was difficult getting it back in shape. I felt like I was not listened to as a board member. I had to push very hard. The president decided to do a site inspection with me and now it looks like things are finally turning around. They need to skip the drama and take a look at their surroundings.

I can't speak for Taylor Management as a whole entity but Deb, Community Manager, and Jose, Maintenance/Handyman who manage Lawrence Square Village II are amazing. I've lived in this development for 24 years and don't have much to say about previous Managers because either never saw or heard from them OR they weren't the best in addressing issues but Deb is by far the BEST Manager we have ever had. She is quick and efficient in addressing problems/issues and even anticipates ahead of time to ensure the best possible outcome for the community. She is very hands on and keeps everyone informed of what is going on at all times. I always see Jose driving around in his cart checking on things or going off to fix things. They both deserve kudos and hope they are around for a long time.

When making a request or presenting a problem, they take the time to listen and find ways to fulfill your request or find a solution to your problem in a timely manner. Lori sends emails to residents to keep them apprised of what is going on in the development.

I would give them no stars if I could! The rule book Taylor gives us VS the Master deed has comflicting eras! They do not follow the master deed first. Found people swimming in our pool after labor day, and the property manager did not even notify the board! I went to the meeting and that is how they found out! We are given UNOFFICIAL violation notices by email! The property manager does not mail written violations, but CALLS landlords about problems. Its March 1 and there are 2 units with christmas decorations still up. Now we are having problems with their NEW online bill pay. We paid Jan and Feb. Neither month was withdrawn! This month they want over $150 in fees for late fees, and NFS fees. NO payment attempt was even made on the bank account! They are giving us a hard time to find out where the problem is! - Franklin Meadows

Ive lived in the building for years and seen multiple companies come and go but nothing has come close to the service provided by Taylor Management

This company is the worst. I'd had high hope's for them because of the positive reviews (fake) but so far all I've seen is that they are unprofessional, uncommunicative, and don't have good follow through.

Our Association hired them to manage and oversee the business of the community and so far, this company has not done good work.

I emailed them multiple times with one question and didn't get a response. When I finally did get a response, they simply told me to refer to their email from a month prior. Others in the building have had a similar experience. Even the simplest of tasks they seem to either put off or not respond to or delegate back to the board. I'm truly disappointed in the poor service we've gotten from this company and definitely wouldn't recommend them. I'm honestly very surprised that they have such good reviews.

I had wanted to repair things and move forward so I shared my concerns with them directly and outlined the various things I would like, for example a timely response to emails. Instead of acknowledging their poor performance they simply said they would stop working with us. What?! So instead of providing decent customer service and remedying past issues you just cut and run? I would not choose this company to run anything, ever. Do your research and find someone else.

Terrible company. Very hostile. Irrational decisions. Horrible communication. Not worth $300 a month. Avoid this company!

Every time I call, the lady who answers the phone is rude and hangs up the phone before the conversation is over. She acts like I work for her and forgets who the customer is. I am amazed that Taylor Management is still in business with the way they treat people. In addition, I have to go to the board for every little thing and cannot count on Taylor Management to respond to me in a timely fashion.

I have spoken to others in my community and they all have had similar experiences with Taylor Management. 2 of them have said they are selling their homes because of Taylor Management.

I have decided to write up a petition to get Taylor Management removed from our community. I will go door to door for signatures. I have also did my research and found a few other Management companies that I can present to the board. Please look out for me if you are ready for a refreshing change..

Shawn, in particular, is one of the most respectful and responsive managers I have ever encountered. If I could give hem more stars I would!

I can't agree that every interaction with office staff is pleasant. They all have poor attitudes. Screaming yelling at clients, poor management of the properties, discriminant people based on race. unfair treatments to residents in the communities. so sad.

This is first time in my life I am writing review ...

This is first time in my life I am writing review as I have gone through immense pain because of this company. This is horrible company and manager carole assigned to our community is terrible and she is very very rude. I am paying every month maintainance fee but they still sent me a long bill I met her personally and told her once that I am not going pay extra amount (long bill)which is not in our agreement signed when we bought the house. But she never agreed and pushed me to pay some extra fees I and her had a long heated arguments couple of times then I agreed to pay that fees also but she is very arrogant and rude to me told me she is not going give me access to club house or anything even though I pay . I don t understand why I have to pay something which is not in our home purchase agreement. Moreover I am paying my maintenance fee regularly. I am exhausted with all these and need to go to court also to dispute. They are simply wasting our precious time which I am supposed to spend with my family and friends.

From the time we got this house this company put me through terrible torture . They are just money suckers. God knows why we have to pay money to them when they don t anything for us.

Evergreen in Clifton is fortunate to have such a professional as herself and taylor management as a whole has been wonderful.

I have been dealing with them for 2 years. The availability of those in charge of my complex is NONEXISTENT. I have never called and had the chance to speak with someone .NEVER. trying to get approval on a standard thing and NOT ONCE have I spoken to someone that didn't entail a call back. Left 2 messages friday morning and finally, AFTER CALLING BACK SEVERAL TIMES, I demanded someone come to the phone. when I got home to tell my wife of the experience , she had said she called them to no avail 2 weeks ago, with many tries.
yelp has the same review stars! one-with many saying if there could be a zero they would have ranked it at that!!!

It's surprising the amount of negative feedback gi...

It's surprising the amount of negative feedback given on this and other similar sites without fully understanding the community associations we live in. All management companies are governed by the association's board of directors, and not by their own volition. The master deed and offering statements are a legal guideline that must be followed. Taylor provides services with some of the most knowledgeable agents and employees in the industry.
In today's age, 99.9% of the time, when calling anywhere - you are greeted by an automated system. You either wait or leave a message. To say calls are not returned is unrealistic. We all should exercise some patience. My dealings with this company have been very positive. The administrator and man in the receivable department were very responsive and were able to rectify my issue very quickly.
I am very pleased with this company's performance - if you think Taylor is so bad, try some others. Boy are you in for a real wake up call!

I still don't know why we at Harmon Cove still using this company. Recently changed online payment method and no one was advised (even our local on site office) and it's taking anywhere from 4-5 days to post payment causing late fees to incur and me having to provide receipts to clear up. I cannot be the only one frustrated with this management company. No wonder the townhouse division uses a different one. Had to give one star to post.

This is very unprofessional company with ignorant ...

This is very unprofessional company with ignorant staff. They have no technical skills, no pro-activity, no follow through, and no quality control. They have absolutely no even basic knowledge in building maintenance, construction, HVAC, electrical systems, telecommunications, landscaping and etc. Find and look their resumes on Internet. Amazing how these Taylor employees got their jobs? How property manager can have education and background even not related to the job she was hired? Would you trust doctor who can't treat a patient? Would you trust pilot who never operated a plane? Why we rely on Taylor s people who have no knowledge related to property management? Even TV remote troubleshooting is a rocket science for them and requires team effort and several days of intensive work? And still not fixed.

Furthermore, they are disrespectful to us, the people who pay them.
Regular and simple maintenance problems that any average homeowner can handle quickly and efficiently become expensive long-term projects in their hands. For example, we recently survived a massive leak from fire suppression system that lasted for more than 4 months (!) because Taylor s ignorance. Taylor s employees never put even a pan to stop spreading the leak. However, it was fixed immediately only after we contacted Health Department. Another huge hot water leak just finally fixed in our garage after more than a month(!) delay. Again, they didn t bother to stop or put even a pan to localize the leak. It took only 30 min to stop this leak for professional.

Now mid of July and over 90F outside. We have hot air heater blowing in our hallway for 4 weeks. Taylor s employees are aware about it but didn t bother even to shut it down. This list of facts can be continued. I know things are not much better in other 7 buildings in our complex.
Projects are always behind, and done poorly. They are so lazy even to maintain required meeting minutes and community documents they responsible for.
They cost residents a lot of money and price is raising every year. We just recently had another maintenance fee increase. I agree with previous reviews here, consumers should stay away from this company.

Taylor Management and particularly Barbara Pinto are a first class "caring" company. I write this having never met them but please read how they helped my 89 year old Aunt. My Aunt was donating an old car to Kars 4 Kids and we ran into many sanfus. Each one Barbara patiently helped us with. But then we hit one more roadblock, being that the title papers were lost (the car was from 1984!) they needed the paperwork notarized. I was at a loss as I live far away and getting the paperwork notarized in a timely fashion would have been impossible. Working with Barbara with regard to the pickup of the vehicle, I shared with her my latest dilemma. She said no problem at all, I am a notary. I faxed Barbara the paperwork and she worked to see that each and every signature needed was in place and prepared all the needed paperwork with my Aunt's signatures affixed so the car could be picked up. My family is so thankful to Barbara for going over and beyond to help my Aunt and our family.

Worst company ever!

Taylor Management needs to send out a survey so they can understand how many residence are unhappy. Companies that care about customer service send out surveys. Taylor Management does not.

This company has no clue how to treat people. They are rude, uncommunicative, and depend on the board to solve all of their issues. I recently sold my home because of this management company. The prices go up every year, but nothing changes.

Taylor Management is only good at removing snow and garbage. Other than that, they are a waste of money. They never go the extra mile to help. When you call them, a rude lady answers the phone that always sounds like she is having a bad day.

Do not hire these people!

Taylor Managment is an asset to any community needing a professional management company. I have worked along side them for over 2 decades and can attest to their commitment, efficiency and quality of service. The company sets new standards within the industry of property management.

Pros - dealt with difficult building infrastructure issues (such as fire, cooling tower repairs, elevator renovations, etc.) head on.
Cons - the use of Bravo personnel for daily building management is questionable. Bravo lacks the necessary technical know-how and was not timely in dealing with day-to-day.
