I still don't know why we at Harmon Cove still usi...

I still don't know why we at Harmon Cove still using this company. Recently changed online payment method and no one was advised (even our local on site office) and it's taking anywhere from 4-5 days to post payment causing late fees to incur and me having to provide receipts to clear up. I cannot be the only one frustrated with this management company. No wonder the townhouse division uses a different one. Had to give one star to post.
