Just left this salon. Very unhappy. Made them aware and all they would do is offer another stylist. I would've considered another stylist but you see I called in advance and asked them for their best stylist when it comes to pixie haircuts. So that's who they gave me. With that being said why would I trust another stylist?
Before leaving I showed them a picture of the haircut I asked for and Clearly didn't have, Not even close. I also told them, before I even set in her chair I asked her " are you confident in this haircut and can you do it" she said yes.
She didn't have the skill and shouldn't of been trusted for the cut.
I paid $239 to leave very sad. I actually had to pay for this when I should've been reimbursed. I mean when you look at the picture and look at my hair you can clearly see this is no where near what I asked for.
I am home now and am trying my best to fix my hair and it's clear I will now have to have to find another hair salon to correct this mistake.
So in the future when you come here to get your hair cut... if you're not satisfied or they completely destroy your hair...they will offer another stylist. Below is the haircut I asked for and the one I received.
