I decided the morning of my appointment to completely change my hair color. I called and they accommodated me with regular stylist by having me in a little earlier. I showed Jessica Powers pictures of what i was thinking. Also told her in 2006 I had changed from platinum blonde to RED also. She was able to look back at the formula then she showed me some swatches. I LOVE it. She was spot on with the look and the color that I wanted!!
