Honest review: My hairdresser Natasha and Esthetician Robin are amazing which is why i keep going back, but this place lacks appreciation for their patrons. I spend A LOT of money at this salon and have been going religiously every 2 weeks for months. Instead of treating me like they appreciate my business, I get treated like im just another walk in - specifically by some of the ladies as i walk in and check out for services. Some of the ladies up front should try a better attitude more like "we appreciate your business" with a smile. It goes a long way. Ive received quite the opposite. Its more like stuck up, resting face, cold. In fact, Ive even been met with resistance twice when it comes to coupons that were actually printed by their business and given to me in their welcome pack by Robin and Natasha. They have chosen twice now to lose a product sale rather than apply a coupon they gave to me. Thats is not smart business. Ive given them the benefit of doubt because some times people just have bad days, but this is repeated behavior. Enough so, I felt compelled to right this review. Moving forward ill be drastically cutting back my spending here and making my PCA purchases elsewhere. I'll still frequent once in awhile for Natsha and Robin's impeccable service, but all that money I would have spent supporting this biz on additional services, retail products, and in their gift shop, will now go elsewhere. You lost a loyal and supportive customer.
