When you buy the car there everyone is great and eager to help you. However it s after buying the car where Tasca in Cranston completely drops the ball. I bought a car from them back in July of 2018 and traded it in to another dealership in January of 2019. When I bought the car I had an extended warranty I paid for so I was calling to cancel and get the remaining balance refunded (heads up you can do that). After calling and leaving dozens of voicemails I finally got a call back saying I simply have to come in and sign a form. I promptly did that the next day and was told it would be a couple weeks. A couple weeks have passed so I have tried calling back everyday for the past week to ask for an update and yet again no returned calls. The post sale customer service is truly horrible and I am glad I bought my current car from First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in North Attleboro, MA
