Clean and friendly staff but there was a few things I didn't see like Vienna sausage and spam two of my favorite foods but I was also in a hurry

The pickup experience has greatly improved over past experiences and is getting nearly perfect. I hope this can continue, but worry that when the store is busy waiting in line with customer returns and other things will be a long wait.

I have never shopped somewhere were the employees are so kind and help full. I find everything i need and more the only place i would shop would be Target?

I had a cashier who said I was his third customer. His trainer did a great job assisting him and he did a good job.

A nice place to shop. Quite preppy and the prices are competitive with Wal-Mart for sure. But as busy as it was I got through checkout faster than if I had gone to Wal-Mart.

Nobody in electronics wanted to help me with purchasing a tablet. I asked for help but still no luck. They must have been too busy working on inventory. Off to Best Buy.

Very helpful staff. Large selection of products in a clean, well organized space.

Great store and organized! Customer service in the isle could use a little more hands on quality... a friendly check in and easier to find assistance. Parents love the crafty $1 to $3 bins up front! Thank you for self check out! Totally helps since big wigs are probably trying to keep it understaffed to save money..and the check out lanes are minimally staffed.... overall a great store!

massive Target. Had everything we needed to get back on the road.

I was able to use the self check out easily and there were no long lines; a real time saver! The staff was very friendly and helpful also.

Natasha, a young lady in Electronics, helped me keep my phone number on Consumer Cellular and sold me another phone after I accidentally dropped it in the commode. She was extremely professional, as were the gentleman who initially sold me my phone, and extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. This was such a change from dealing with employees from Walmart who are not very knowledgeable about electronics products.

Don't know how it's still open, only one check out open in middle of store, shelf checkouts closed by door

Well I gave it a 2 star because I love target but Everytime I come in here they watch me as if I am going to shop lift not sure if it is my color or they just do everyone that way.. maybe because I look young but I always take in mind I am in Iowa a white state so that might be it as well who knows but I think I will skip this target because it happen twice in a row and I never took from a store and I am to old and wok to hard to be followed and watched as if I am going to take something without paying for it.

Because they trust their customers and do everything they can do keep them safe during this outbreak.

I picked out a chair and the price under it said $99.99 but it was actually $169.99

Service at our local store in Waterloo is less than acceptable. While I like their products it's difficult to find someone knowledgable and friendly to help. Employees seem to have more time for socializing with each other than assisting guests.

Great location! One of the better stores around town here and has great customer service.

Doesn't "certain" college grads even though they're advertising positions that need to be filled. Turned down immediately, and when asked why they said they couldn't go into specifics. Won't receive my business ever again. Management needs to look into hiring politics and make sure non-discrimination policies are being followed.

Nice things and if you look close... you can find some really good deals all over!

One of my favorite "big box" stores in the Cedar Valley. You don't feel like you need a shower when you leave.

The Cartwheel app is great. Easy way to save $ at Target and Starbucks.

Nice and clean store but a little more expensive than Walmart. I can find differ items here though.

They close at 9 and I noticed that they were locking the doors at one side at 8:50pm. If you close at 9pm then lock the doors at 9pm not 8:50pm. If you close at 8:50pm close the doors at 8:50pm. Common Sense!

Please work on your card readers! Doesn't pay to not be able to use your target card!

I love Target BUT their advertisement on television is very upsetting to me. They do NOT need to advertise in "Spanish" and enable these people. You are in America, SPEAK ENGLISH.

I WILL stop going to Target until I see they STOP advertising in Spanish!!!!!

I love target. It s my favorite store available locally.

No cashier and all sales floor help was gabbing up by the registers.

I love my home Target. My baristas know my Starbucks order, I know many team members, because they like their jobs and stay for a long time. Always clean and organized.

I was in Waterloo for the day and stopped at Target to pick up a few things. I visited the service desk and asked Bridget a few questions about where things were located and advice on a good restaurant. She was so helpful and pleasant, I had to give her a pat on the back.

Ordered and was ready in minutes. When picked up the employee was friendly and got my order immediately after seeing my ID.

The girls at Starbucks were helpful and super nice. I continue to have a great experience here.

Too high priced for my budget.. Wal Mart is much better

Bought a nikon d3400 awsome service price the same as anywhere but service was awsome at this store i will keep coming back as long as i live in the area

Bathroom is always dirty, electric carts are never charged!

Got a cake done at the bakery. The lady that helped us name was Linda. She was very nice and caught the attention of our kids right away. Target is lucky to have this one.

Super easy and saved me at least 30 minutes of shopping

Attempted to order a bike from our normal store location that said in stock.....received notification 2 hrs later that it was not available and gave me the option to change to another store- fine. Changed to a different store and order processed for another 2 hours and got a notification it again was not in stock even though Target said it was- and the order is now canceled. Extremely disappointed in Target. Do better!

Great Customer Service, Clean, but costly. I buy for bargains only or if I really need a grocery item. Run in and quickly out!

Target was delightfully clean & it was nice to see everybody wearing a face mask. They had 2 employees at the door to assist with mask compliance & to sanitize carts & baskets. Where Target has alot of self checkouts they have a cashier or two at the ready if it's not for you. You just gotta love that. So much better at customer service than Wal Mart.

They have greatly reduced their music selection. I used to come here for CDs but now there's barely half an aisle of cds.
