A bank like so many others.

Where people who are from Spain or France can save having to pay taxes of origin.

Lack of education of the advisers who work there, meaningless answers out of place and no explanation of the products that the bank offers, perhaps due to ignorance of their work.
In short, totally lack of customer service due to ignorance and laziness in their work.

One of the people who attends the boxes (the only older man) always takes care of bad things, you give him instructions and he does not listen to them, it is a pity that in these times there is no customer service that helps maintain it.
