Tapuz Event Staffing is honestly my favorite staffing company to work with. I am a Wedding & Events Coordinator, so believe me, my standards are high. From the moment you contact them to request a quote, you are met with quick responses and high quality service. The team at the office is so friendly and they truly make the whole booking process clear and easy to understand. After you decide to hire them, again, their communication is prompt and courteous, right down to the day or night of your event. Through Tapuz, I have requested Bartenders, Servers, and Coat check attendants, and they have always been courteous and professional. I highly recommend them for your event needs.
I've had a horrible experience with this company, i was charged plenty of money and later on a few of my guests found rat hair and other insects on their food, it was unbelievable and embarrassing. I do NOT recommend.

We recently hired Tapuz Event Staffing for a corporate client event in Midtown. Bethany was very accommodating and professional when we contacted her about using waiters/waitresses for this event. All 3 showed up professionally dressed and ready to work. Throughout the night they were diligent, pleasant and very helpful with whatever needed to be done before, during, and after the event. I would definitely recommend Tapuz and will continue to use them for future events.
As a chef and business owner, having a good team is essential for me. I recently produced a private event and needed some additional hands. I reached out to Tapuz for a few extra cooks and some servers. Everyone showed up on time and ready for action. I will absolutely call them again next time I need any event staff!
Recently hired Tapuz for an event for work and they were great! The Tapuz hiring staff had great rates and were very open with their communication. We hired 4 servers, each were capable of doing bartending services. We split 2 servers and 2 bartenders and with little direction they each learned and picked up very quickly. This was very useful for me as a client because they did not waste our time and allowed us to focus on other aspects of our event while Tapuz entertained our guests with the food/drink we catered.
We only had one issue with one of the servers cancelling last minute, however Tapuz was able to find us another replacement at our work location within a reasonable time and reimbursed us for the time loss. When working with other people, there will be times when challenges or problems occur, but I salute Tapuz for handling the situation promptly and professionally. I also loved that although Tapuz was managing their staff remotely, they were only a phone call away and when I had to call they picked up immediately. Great rate and time saved. Thank you again Tapuz!
I've used Tapuz for 2 parties at my home and for a charity golf tournament through work. Every experience with them has been fantastic and seamless! Always punctual, properly dressed, skilled servers that work efficiently, quickly and neatly- with minimal supervision. I am always impressed with how each staff member has always known how and what to do. I finally get to be a guest at my own event with no stress or concerns!

Our event production company has used Tapuz staff for several of our private events over the past year and they are wonderful! They come well prepared and ready to work which is a big help since we tend to have tight turnarounds to be room ready. Working with the administrative team behind the scenes is also easy and they are very accommodating with our specific requests which we greatly appreciate. I used Tapuz to find a coat checker/server for a small celebration of my marriage at home in my apartment for 25 people. The staff - Bethany and Maya - were very responsive and made it super fast and easy to book talent for my event. Our marriage is same-sex, and they were respectful of my request to send someone to work my cocktail party who would be more than comfortable at a "gay wedding reception." Their rates were also very affordable.
They sent us Aiden! He was an absolute hit and such a sweetheart!
Aiden arrived early, smartly dressed in black on black. He had a lovely demeanor and was at ease with me, my husband and our guests. He easily made natural conversation with everyone and was generous with his smile. He was fantastic at the work; greeted my guests and checked their coats, replenished food when needed, appeared out of nowhere when anyone needed a drink refill, worked collaboratively with the bartender we hired and managed all the trash. We just loved him and he very much added to our event. I have no idea how much Aiden receives after Tapuz takes their cut, but I threw an extra $40 at him when he arrived, and another $40 at him when left. He definitely went above and beyond and was worth every penny.
The Tapuz Event Staffing service is excellent. The Staff is courteous and very friendly and they go above and beyond!!! We truly enjoyed working with them and will again in the future.
We recently hired Tapuz for an event we were hosting, and they were awesome. We contacted them just a few days before the event, so it was pretty short notice, but they were happy to help and were very prompt in getting us all set up. We hired one bartender, Nate, and he was amazing he went above and beyond what was expected, from helping us set up chairs beforehand to running out and getting ice to chill the white wine (because of course we had forgotten to buy ice!). Afterwards, he even helped us carry some of the extra wine and water bottles back to our office a few blocks away. In addition to being really helpful, he was an all-around great guy, really nice, funny, and interested in our event. It was a wonderful experience, and we'd definitely hire Tapuz again!
I've actually used Tapuz Event Staffing for multiple parties and they will be my go-to for all future parties as well. Julie and her team were recommended through a colleague of mine and they are a true pleasure to work with. The servers and bartenders we have have been excellent. Each and every time they were very well organized, and I swear they left my house cleaner than it was before they got there! The service provided is worth every penny! Thanks Tapuz!
