Visited here couple months ago. Didnt enjoy the vibe from the staff, were here couple weeks ago as my grand daughter dragged me to it. And i still felt more or less I was greeted with robots than actual servers. very dry atmosphere and the waiter acted as if he owned the whole planet by walking across the tables.

The tomatoes in the tom yum soup were off . They looked off then unfortunately tasting them confirmed they were off badly . The oysters were not fresh to the point of being that bad i had to spit out at $42.00 for the dozen i was very disappointed. The sashimi was not fresh fish rather frozen fish dyed and had no taste . The guy that seated us couldn't even say hello just pointed and mumbled something. The table was not wiped down at all . The price of $126.00 for two late lunches did not reflect the food and service . We have been to Tao approximately 7 times . I have found myself making excuses lately for the bad dinning experience
But no more . They lost another .dont bother go somewhere else.

This place is a good place to go for fair priced sushi, I'd recommend just eating from the train though, we tried the California roll ($23) from the menu and it was tasteless and somehow watery.

Went for dinner at around 6pm and my girlfriend and I had a mixture of sushi which Tao do pretty well (decent portions) we then decided to go for the bao's. I had what I thought was fried squid but it turns out it was something cold and inedible - I had to pull it apart with my hands it was so tough; like rubber not to mention tasteless. My girlfriend had the steamed mixture of pork buns and seafood dumplings which to her surprise vaguely resembled either. The dumplings looked very similar to the frozen variety packs found in coles and woollies shocking when that alone was more than $12. All in all not worth the money we spent and left us with a sour taste in our mouth for Tao - steer clear from this place; poor quality food and expensive for what you are getting.

Definelty not worth money, there are MUCH better sushi houses very very close to this places that you should not miss. Prices are high, quality is at best average to low and the place is basically run by robots not humans !

If you are looking for a decent sushi train with a wide selection, this is certainly the place to go. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is big as not to make the place feel too crowded. The food itself, is great, but there are More

Nice atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Sushi were all displayed on the rotating table and you pick any you prefer. Price per plate is according to color and the cheapest is green. Food was good.

Have been here a few times and it's become a favourite for family dinner night. Service is prompt and friendly. The staff happily offer to package left overs to take away, and even offered to have the chef change up a dish for me since I don't like prawns. We'll be back!
