I have to say I normally do not write reviews. Only if it is either exceptional service or extremely bad or why waste my time. But I will say that working with Richard Norman, here at Tansky Toyota was such a fantastic experience. He was extremely friendly, quick, and helpful with helping me trade in for a new lease. When I set up the appointment to talk with him I just expected to go over all my options and instead he had already took into consideration what I wanted and had most of it ready to go for me so that I was able to walk out of the dealership with my new Toyota, which I am loving. He also got me a fantastic deal so that I was able to upgrade while qualifying for lower payments which is exactly what I wanted. I really did not expect that but was pleasantly surprised and very pleased. I would definitely recommend for anyone I hear looking for a new car and specifically Toyota make to look him up.
