Initial experience on entering the shop disappointing - greeted with little interest and directed to take a seat by the assistant manager, who left me waiting while dealing with a couple of other things, then came over to say he would be a while longer because he had to keep an eye on the shop for security reasons. He did shortly send over a consultant, Jacob, who served me quickly and professionally with the upgrade I went in for.
Do not sign a contract in-store the odds are against you if you want to cancel. The picture is of download speeds I actually get using a top of the line unlimited three SIM that should be 5g compatible.

My son lost his phone so needed a new SIM card for another phone , the staff were really helpful in setting up a new one with his same number

Worse company ever. Lost connection all the time. Slow . Even in town you lost the network . Can't wait to finish contract and will never more take three and definitely not recommend to nobody . Horrible company.
The initial purchasing of my device and contract was straight forward. The problem was the store not changing my number over correctly which meant there was a hold up with the numbers changing. A bit frustrating because 3 telephone services are complicated and convoluted. Meaning it took a long time to actually speak to someone to get it sorted. Granted, once this was sorted and I had to ring around providers to sort the switch myself (after being told 3 would take care of it all.) The numbers moved over. Still not a great start for a new customer.
Staff are very rude, unprofessional and lazy. They are fine taking sales but exert no effort in resolving customer issues. The managers are also very unprofessional.
DO NOT GO WITH 3 I BEG YOU !!! without a doubt the worst customer service ever the shops are basically useless unless you are wanting to spend more money. someone is currently committing a fraud against me and they are doing nothing about it! ive tried everything, Online chats, speaking over the phone and going in store. i left the store so angry on multiple occasions that i was driven to tears. Someone is stealing from me and they do not care because they are gaining money from me I also want to add how unsecured this network clearly is if someone can steal from you and no one actually cares about it i am devastated and i hope no one else ever has to deal with the stress involved with this situation I have been left with no choice but to involve the police! You have just asked me to get in contact with you but have given me no direct contact which I need! Your just pretending to be bothered and have made no effort to contact me about this which again shows your incompetence as a company I have tried several times to contact you each time I m back to the start please contact me and resolve this

Total waste of time. Travelled from Selby to Leeds to get them to resolve an issue on a damaged Sim card and they wouldn't do anything without a photograph ID. So if you don't have a Driving licence or passport on you, then they're not interested.
Felt like patient zero walking in. Didn't ask if I was an existing customer (have been for 9 years) then proceeded to offer me standard rates which I could probably save on off the internet. Won't have any shops soon if that's the strategy going forwards.

No signal on internet last three months. Turning it off often to test 5g. Avoid these guys at all cost.

We had a complicated problem to sort out which couldn't be done via the live chat on the 3 app, the young lady that saw to us was amazing, it took some time but she did it, however we could see who I presume was her superior making gestures to rush her on through the perspex screen, it's not as though there was anyone else in the shop or waiting outside. Anyway top marks to the young lady for her much appreiciated help

Poorly trained staff and a manager who doesn't care about customer service. All I wanted was a sim swap but 15 minutes later all staff had done was blame their computer system and Three issues. Absolutely no concern for the customer. As a loyal customer of 5 years, I have now cancelled my account and moved to Vodafone. Three reception is getting as bad as their customer service. Avoid this store

Had an amazing experience in Trinity shop! Being myself a 3 customer I brought my young sister to get the contract as well. Danny and Taina were simply amazing! My partner and I called in with the idea of possibly upgrading..we are not very technically minded but today we were assisted by a wonderful agent called Heather...she was informative without being condescending and extremely helpful. We have both been with 3 for about 8 years and I can honestly say that this is THE best service we have ever had. Heather is a great asset to the company......thank you Heather. My partner called in today to get an upgrade on his phone. Aneesa was a great help, friendly, professional and extremely patient :). We have always been pleased with the service from this store. Good large 3 store in the Trinty centre shop Assistant was able to satisfy my query regarding new Samsung A series phones felt pressed to upgrade but decided not now.

I give the store 5 stars even though it's closer to 4.2 due to small size and frankly adequate staff. On the plus side three as a company provide the second best 4G coverage/speed, and the cheapest unlimited data plan with unlimited texts More

The shop service is pretty good but the backup is like pulling teeth. Don't sign a contract in store if you're likely to change your mind they won't let you!
