The initial purchasing of my device and contract was straight forward. The problem was the store not changing my number over correctly which meant there was a hold up with the numbers changing. A bit frustrating because 3 telephone services are complicated and convoluted. Meaning it took a long time to actually speak to someone to get it sorted. Granted, once this was sorted and I had to ring around providers to sort the switch myself (after being told 3 would take care of it all.) The numbers moved over.
Still not a great start for a new customer.
