Poorly trained staff and a manager who doesn't care about customer service. All I wanted was a sim swap but 15 minutes later all staff had done was blame their computer system and Three issues. Absolutely no concern for the customer. As a loyal customer of 5 years, I have now cancelled my account and moved to Vodafone. Three reception is getting as bad as their customer service. Avoid this store
