My partner and I called in with the idea of possibly upgrading..we are not very technically minded but today we were assisted by a wonderful agent called Heather...she was informative without being condescending and extremely helpful. We have both been with 3 for about 8 years and I can honestly say that this is THE best service we have ever had. Heather is a great asset to the company......thank you Heather.

My partner called in today to get an upgrade on his phone. Aneesa was a great help, friendly, professional and extremely patient :). We have always been pleased with the service from this store. Thank you
